Racquetball, apparently no one knows what this game is anymore, as the court has always been available for me, morning or night. Not perfect but good enough. The rest of the facility is nice too

Been a member since June 2021. Equipment is always out of service, the gym is filthy and disorganized, the sauna is falling apart and presents safety concerns, they raised my membership fee without as little as an email, they open at 0400 on weekdays but I’ve been there waiting for the opener to arrive for up to 30 minutes. This gym is a dump and I do not recommend it to anyone.

I've been a member of this gym for 3-4 months so far. I've had my discontents with cleanliness of floors etc. before but nothing critical. Last Saturday completely changed my experience for worse. I went for my favorite Sprint class at 8am w/ amazing instructor Bridget. The room where the class takes place is tiny so I usually leave my jacket and purse on a bike that nobody's using right next to me and pick it up after the class, never had any issues before. This Saturday two women that seems like were the new ones entered the class a bit late and after it finished immediately left the room grabbing their stuff & turned out not only their but also my jacket and purse. Unfortunately I only realized they left with my stuff a minute or two after. I went straight to reception in hope to get any help, but the woman who was working her shift was no help at all, more than that she was acting like I was overreacting and nothing happened or maybe my belongings were just picked by mistake which wasn't the case. My jacket is huge and fuzzy, trust me anyone would notice if they grab it by mistake. For my request to see camera's recordings the receptionist said she had no access to it. That was it, she didn't even try to pretend she cared about theft happened in her workplace, she wasn't surprised as well. After that I returned to the room where the class was taking place and told our instructor about what happened and thanks to this amazing person Bridget who actually was concerned about it and she started to look for my stuff or the women who took it. Finally she succeed and found my belongings in the CGX room, where another class I wasnt even attending that day took place. My jacket and purse were on a chair with other people's belongings. I checked my purse to see if it still contains my credit card and phone, everything was there so I just left the gym, happy I got my stuff back. Later that day there were numerous attempts to make transactions with my card remotely, luckily my bank called me to confirm and I said it was fraud.Moral of the story: 1) never take your belongings to the gym, 2) you will not get help from receptionist, 3) thank you Bridget for helping me out, I really appreciated it.

The equipment they have is great love the new remodel with the brick walls and grey walls. Unfortunately the main issue is that you have to walk around the building 3 times just to look for a 10Lbs weight and that usually takes like 10 minutes. Unlike the richland location where it’s all put back where it needs to be. Also the pricing is fair I mean it has a pool and classes but if you’re there just to use the free weights it’s just overpriced for not being a 24 hour location or at least open til 12. The place is just messy you rarely see anyone wiping down the equipment I think the extra drive for the Queensgate location is much more worth it but I mean I guess this place gets the job done.
