Great place, and awesome staff! Only reason I didn't give 4 stars is it can get crowded during peak times. Everyone is respectful and nice there!

I've only used this and the kennewick gold's, but I prefer the spaciousness and layout of the equipment at richland. This is a newer building, so it doesn't smell like a gym yet. I like that I don't have to pay extra for the pool, hot tub or racquet ball courts. And the kid's club is fantastic if you need those services.

The Kennewick Gold's Gym is the Best one . The young man at the counter is always friendly and happy to see you . He even notices when you've been missing days and welcomes you back . As far as the rest of the gym goes . The members are friendly and respectful . I've been going there almost 8 years now . When I started I was way out of shape and very self conscious but they all made me feel welcome and accepted .I highly recommend this Gold's Gym ! I'd also like to thank management for the new 65# dumbbells ! I use them 5 days a week 💪😎🙏🏻🍻

It's a ok place from what I said they have a steam room and a sauna room and lockers to put your things in but you have to supply the lock and they have excercise machine that you can exercise on. Its not as big as the gold gym in Richland Washington is.

Good gym , clean and up to date equipment. Very busy but enough room to accommodate everyone. I did not have to wait to exercise.

Decently sized facility and welcoming staff make this one of the better gyms in the region. Equipment and weights are in good shape and they even have a women's area just for women to workout hassel free!

Kennewick Gold's gym has the most toxic environment I've ever seen at ANY gym. From the front desk workers, to the manager, to the members. People just seem to be frustrated and annoyed at all times. Definitely not the culture people want in a gym. I left very disappointed at the way I was treated at this location. Gold's gym has to step it up.
