Great place to work out or get some cardio in on the basketball court. They usually have good pickup games. If you're looking for a place to ball up. Down side courts are small.

Best gym I have gone to. They have child care as part of a membership plan that is great to help you goto the gym and all the ladies there are great with the kids. They have every kind of workout area and equipment you could want

Lots of equipment, classes are fantastic, great staff.Only gripe is the condition of the mens restroom and locker room… seem pretty beat up… broken doors on lockers, wobbly benches, etc.

My sons first day at the gym was not the greatest, they don’t take good care of your kids. My 3 month old baby was being pushed on the swing so hard it scared my 8year old child. No one was around to help my daughter. They are to watch them at all times.

It’s an okay gym, but I’ve been a member a year ago and for a couple years they always had this charge for machine maintenance or something like that but I never once seen any new machines or new equipment. Made me wonder where the money is going. Also gym is too packed. Way too many people.

It is worth joining for the price of using the sauna, sweatroom and jacuzzi alone. Hard to keep floor in dressing rooms (male) as clean as I would like, so wear sandles.

I typically go to the Richland location and yesterday and today I went to the Kennewick location and I noticed a huge difference. The staff at the Kennewick location are not friendly and the atmosphere is not welcoming. I had to stand at the front counter for about 5 minutes before a staff member greeted me and my friend who wanted to sign up. And yes there we’re employees present doing nothing but gossiping. If I were to go to the Richland one I would have greeted immediately! Not only was that very discouraging for my friend wanting to join the gym but it made me uncomfortable as well and almost caused her not to sign up. Today I went back and the same thing, no greeting, no smoothie bar attendant, and the staff were all gossiping in a group behind the front counter and would stare as if afraid I would approach and make them do their job. The staff is why I will not be returning to the Kennewick location as well as deferring my friends from going, no one wants to go to a gym where the staff seem judge-mental and non friendly.

Been a member for a lot of years and it is steadily declining. Started attending Silver Sneakers for seniors. I noticed a Zumba Gold on Sundays. Angie said the Gold meant it was low key and designed for seniors. After talking the class, she asked what I thought. When I told her it was not designed for seniors and that the instructor was teaching to the younger crowd, she immediately fixed the problem. She removed Gold from the class name so us old coots would know it's not for us. Gee thanks Angie.

My husband and I decided to get a membership to get into shape and signed up with Clint. He's a solid guy, really professional and gave us a 3 day trial to try it out first. The hot tub rocks and the steam room is great too. The whole facility is clean with employees constantly walking around making sure the facility is tided up. The equipment works and there's more than enough to go around. My husband and I even tried raquette ball and had a great time.We had our first training session with Johnny and he is honestly incredible. Solid dude and a great, kind personality. He worked with my husband first and taught him exercises that would help with his double jointed shoulders as well as other workouts. My session was great too. I've been having knee issues from being a bit bowlegged and told him as such. I also felt comfortable enough to tell johnny that I had anxiety issues and hated squats. So of course we did squats. Turns out I hated doing them because I've been doing them wrong this whole time! Johnny showed me proper form and got me to stop hating squats but to love hating them! He showed multiple exercises that would help with my knee pain as well and I was surprised at how well it worked! I messed up multiple times and he was super nice about it too! He's gotta be one of the most patient people I've met since if I'm being honest I messed up a LOT.If anyone's looking for a trainer I would 100% ask for Johnny. He also showed my husband and I stretches that we can do together for recovery. As well as teaching us more about fitness outside of just working out. Really just a knowledgeable guy.I'm sitting now the next day, totally sore but also way further along on my fitness journey than I would have been without his help. Thanks a bunch!

Best gym for the price PERIOD. Plenty of Aerobic equipment as well as an extremely large amount of state of the art weight machines. There is also plenty of free weight equipment including dumbbells that go up to 140 lbs (150 lbs in Richland gym) all at a very affordable price. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Couldn't be much happier there.
