It's basically where guys go to stare at girls and other girls go to tell you about how you're doing it wrong even though you never asked. If I could I would give it zero out of five stars. Plus I just saw an ad for them that said "this is no shape for a girl" with a pear next to it. Way to promote healthy body image golds gym. So sad.

I love this gym! Adam has gone above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and help me build a membership plan that fits my needs. He and the rest of the staff at the Kennewick gym have made me a Gold's customer for life.

Best gym in the Tri-Cities. They have way more equipment than any other gym I've seen. Cardio, machines and free weights. Only downside is the front desk staff can be rude at times. Other than that the facility is kept clean and great gym to be in.

I recently experienced a very upsetting phone call with Jose at the Kennewick Washington location. I have been a loyal customer to Gold’s Gym since 2011 and have never had any unpleasant customer service until I spoke with Jose. I had an issue and some questions about my account and wished to speak to a manager. Jose refused to allow me to speak to anyone else besides him and insisted that he could help me. He said he deals with these issues all the time and could adjust accounts so that makes him a manager. I still requested the manager and he began arguing and becoming very rude, getting louder and louder. He would not let me get a word in to try and explain or ask any more questions, and then he hung up on me. That was the most unprofessional and horrible customer service I have ever witnessed. I was not going to cancel so I wouldn't lose out on the annual fee but due to Jose’s behavior I am now cancelling my membership, I will not pay for services to be treated this way. Customer service for any business is # 1....

Ive been a member of gyms all my adult life and in many different locations. Kennewick Golds gym is one of the worst, and just keeps getting worse. From the lack of personalities at the front desk, to the poorly maintained equipment, and lack of order being maintained in the gym. It use to be that the people that worked the check in counter was very nice and friendly women, now they just have a bunch of guys that have no personalities and show no interest. Also they have a horrible problem with people that set up more than one, two, three and more pieces of equipment at a time and think they have a right to it. This problem has been brought to management several times and nothing is ever done. Don't expect any help from the people that work there, because there too busy on the computer, cell phones or just chatting with each other. Also when you left they use to say have a good day etc..now your lucky if they even acknowledge that you exist. I can go on and on, and the only reason im a member there is cause its convenient to where I live.

Management does a terrible job of maintaning the kennewick location tidy and up to date , compared to the richland location, the sauna is terrible!!!, i never see the area manager in the kennewick location but in richland on a daily basis, and personally i believe its a race issue, i hate to be the one to pull that card but the large majority of the gym goers in kennewick are hispansic as opposed to the richland location where the majority are caucasion

I have been attending this Gold Gym for over a year now. Its a nice facility and has plenty of space I think. There is even a dedicated womens training section. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I have no problems at the gym. I dont need facetime with the GM. I have submitted multiple request for guest wifi and lucky for us they have added it. As for people walking around muscle shirt....yes there are big body builders....its a gym and to be expected I would say.

I visited this gym while I was in town and if I lived in the area I would defiantly be a member. The set up was good for all goals. Lots of cardio, free weights and machines. Atmosphere was full of energy. New modern décor. Friendly staff. I am a powerlifter so my only complaints were: only one squat rack, and terrible bar choices.

Clean facility, friendly staff, plenty of equipment, classes are included in membership. I have had a membership for for a couple years now and like Gold's much better then another local health club that failed to met its contract with me but yet stole my money and refused to even try to understand the relevant facts of their short comings. My trainer is tops with over ten years of experience she keeps me inspired and on track to a better lifestyle. Worth a free pass if your interested in a gym.

This gym is sneaky and low class. When signing up and writing you name on that dotted line they fail to tell you that at the end of your contract they will continue to charge you. Well in my case I was banking with someone different so they racked up the charges, never contacted me and almost one year later I get a letter from their lawyer saying I owe them $390 in gym and lawyer fees. Will never recommend this gym to anyone.
