I was charged for 3 months during pandemic and i call the customer service to appeal my cahrges,but nobody seems wants to talk to me.Poor management,inconsiderate and poor customers service communications.

They’ve been charging my account even though they have been closed for two months. Tried reaching out to customer support and calling this location but no one is helping or picking up. They are more worried about taking your money then fixing their issues. Don’t support their business, find somewhere better like LA fitness.

I train with Derek and he has been excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable with exercise, nutrition, and he challenges me with new techniques. If you are thinking about training, hit him up!!!

Edit: After the renewed mask mandate, and stronger enforcement from staff, I've changed my review to 4 stars since this is actually a very nice gym. Keep up with the safety!

They keep charging me even dough they aren't closed or you try to freeze your account... You gotta jump true the hoops to make them stop taking your money... To sign in it's easy... Sign out is hard... They just take the money... Nobody ask you if it's OK with you... Even if they are closed... They are not open 24hours any more... They don't give full service you sign up for... Price is the same... They just take and take...

Loving this new 24 Hour Fitness!! Lots of machines to work with, very clean, and has a pool, sauna, and supplement shop. Well managed, well equipped, well maintained! 5 stars!

Since they quit doing the reservations seems like they also quit enforcing the mask policy. Just during the short time I was there I saw at least five people not properly wearing masks, either not at all or underneath their nose.

Derek is an amazing trainer! Very helpful and friendly, if your are looking to get in shape and need some help I would definitely go to Derek his an amazing trainer and will get you all the gains!! I highly recommend.
