I had very bad experience with I applied the membership with them the indian girl her name is jeena she oh we have a offer$200 trainer give you training if you don’t like it we will refund you back … she charge me $334.70 on march 28 and the trainer is not good she was sick and give me training i complaint to manager i need my money back i want to cancel that membership she said we give another coach they never give me money back but now the 2nd time they charge me $307.18 and $27.53 and I called they manager she’s so stupid she don’t know how to talk with customers ..she refund only $307.18 and i said i have only question why jeena said about refund policy she’s mad on me she’s rude with me she don’t says anything about her employe cuz that the mistake her employee but she’s rude with me i had very bad experience with them don’t trust them they are nice with you when you want membership after that they don’t care who you are

The staff is very incompetent and have been rude to people from other races. As mentioned in previous reviews this is not acceptable, in any space. I condemn this, and will boycott from this gym and membership.

Front desk associate tried scamming me into more expensive membership not mentioning all options. Denied free 3 day membership in efforts to get me to sign up. Typical gym sales experience.

Seems like several of the recent 1 star ratings are written by the same girl. Seems like she has some personal issues and is projecting to the company. So adding a 5 star. Will use the gym later so will update on how it was.

I fail to understand why are women so an obnoxious towards other women?This woman tried her best to lie only to create problems for me. And when I asked her name, she refused to tell because she herself was probably scared that her name might be used for something against her. Later, she thought I’m taking her pic so she immediately started walking keeping her back towards me. Btw thanks for giving me the idea of getting a pic.But seriously why is there so much “hate”against women of different ethnicity. And how could #24HourFitness hire such people who are causing “hate” in society? I have been to this place a couple of times but this is the first time had an interaction with a woman. Why are women in general so difficult towards other women?

I like the gym,my complaint is, on how dirty the lady locker rooms and toilet area are, also the gym area could use a walk through throughout the day.I see people sometimes 3 of them sitting by the check in area on their phones. People throw their water bottles into the area where the steam comes out,and end up laying there for weeks.

The wet area has gone down hill. 2 weeks ago the whirlpool water was green and very dirty, last week was broken. Steam room has not been working for 2 weeks, and there are plastic bottles behind the steamer wall and never get cleaned. Showers don't have any hot water, luke warm at best. Some people never care to showered before going into the pool or the whirlpool, hygiene signs should be posted around the wet area. The wet area was a nice place to relax after working out, not anymore.

The manager has a very rude behavior and ridicules people. She has canceled my friend's membership on purpose, because they subject people. Previously another employee denied him access twice and she had it in her notice. And today she did this on purpose, this is extremely unfair and racist behavior. She feels like she should not be questioned because she is the manager.This is so hurting and people should boycott this gym untill they take any notice.

Current group class schedule is not good. No good Les Mills class offerings in evenings.

I went to this club lap swimimg last 3 months. It's good experice.
