Very clean facility compared to other 24-hour Fitness centers in California where I normally go to. Very open and space to walk and workout. California needs to come to Washington to look at cleaning standards.

1. Trash everywhere.2. cleaning spray bottles don't work or empty, and people have no option other than leaving the benches nasty wet.3. Weights and equipment everywhere, I think if the people are inconsiderate, the staff should help with removing the tripping hazard!

Brand new facility (can't be more than a year old (Dec 2018 today)), but minus 1 star for not having towel service, which is the only 24 Hour Fitness I've been to that doesn't provide that, weird... Again, the gym is super clean and new due to it being newly built, versus the older clubs that are starting to fall apart and are dirty. Has all the basics that all Super Sport level gyms in this franchise have (minus the aforementioned towel service).

The sales staff was wonderful. Laid it all out quickly and efficiently without being smarmy. Its obviously a brand new gym so everything is shiny and sparkly. Its a great gym. Pool. Spin. Loads of classes if that's your thing. Lots of crossfit-y stuff (at the cost of everyone else). All the niche equipment we were looking for. You'll be happy here but here are a couple things I wish they'd work on...I *really* wish there was an area for DIY routines (like HIIT). The group X room is very busy (which is great for those who like classes but I don't) and the "functional training" area that I use at other locations for DIY routines has huge push carts and wheels that mean you're dodging hazards (or being the hazard) while trying to get in your HIIT.A few male members of the training staff can be unbelievably condescending in tone. Truly insulting tone and words on more than one occasion. I don't care where you're at in your fitness, no one deserves to be talked to like they're an idiot. I assure myself the ruder members of crew will quickly disappear as they lack return customers. Those things aside, you'll be happy here. I am while hoping for some changes.

Awesome gym! Friendly staff and management team. My trainer, Kristal, is excellent...incredibly knowledgeable, adaptive, motivating, and most of all fun to be around. Thanks 24 Hour Fitness for coming to my neighborhood and getting me on track!

So the membership is $51 per month. I signed up even though the price was outrageous because it was close to my house. It was pretty dirty, I never saw anyone clean their machine's and no joke saw a dirty sock on the middle of the floor for 2 days straight. I tried to cancel because I am moving to Texas (and was thinking of reenrolling) but they would let me cancel on phone and so by the time I managed to get down there because I was so busy packing the charged me for another month! And they attached another 60$ annual fee for being there for 3 months which they never informed me of. Honestly wont go back, I had better experience at LA fittness. Plus LA had 2 sauna rooms so at least I dont have to be by naked guys.

A very nice, new and clean gym. The staff is friendly and the bathrooms are clean. I really like the layout and equipment, though like most gyms, I always wish there were more flat benches. I also have had a lot of issues with the lockers outside of the locker room.

Love this gym. I could see myself progressing in workout goals. The employees are super nice. I have a lifetime membership that is over 10 years old and I pay $160 a year for it.. In order for me to go to this gym I would have to upgrade and pay an extra $500 a year. That's. Sad.
