We maintain a sanitary environment for all of our members. Times have changed throughout this pandemic and we must work together to overcome the circumstances. This foundation is the primary source to overcome illness and laziness. Here we bring positive energy and above all, train.

It was good til they closed down the kids club & redirected my family to a gym 30mins away. Not even a year old and they closed down the kids club smh. Then they send you to their dirty Kent facility which always has a nasty smell or a sign on the door that some kid was sick, hand feet mouth disease. Plus no towels anymore. Not sure what I’m paying for?

Nice and newer equipment but the front stuff is absolutely no help when it comes to assisting turning in the sauna or steam . I was at gym on saturday morning to get in steam room and I was told to wait 7:30 AM , after waiting for an hour I called the desk to get help and I was told he had no one to cover the desk and not able to to turn the steam ! Bunch of lazy kids not wanting to help the paying customers, Mangment should be responsible addressing this issue.

So excited to get back to the gym. Too bad I had to leave within 10 minutes after seeing at least 5 plague rats with their nose hanging out of their mask, plus a bonus person not wearing theirs at all while they panted on the treadmill. Spoke to the staff and received an apology but no action. Membership cancelled.

Dishonest managment here. When I originally signed up I prepaid $600.00 worth of personal Training and was told they would never expire or if I even wanted a refund that would be fine. Short story my pre paid training did expire and there explanation was they have new management so I'd have to call corporate. So I would stay away from this location for sure.. and dont ever pay anything upfront because I was lied to my face. Disappointed in you guys really. I am no longer a member of 24hour fitness.

This was a great place to work out. Before the pandemic. Now it's a one man show each day. No ability on the part of the lone staff person to have people wear a mask, and maintain social distancing. If asked about it, said staff person flies into a rage, and curses at you.Best to work out ANYWHERE else. Not safe, and very unpleasant.

The cleanest and largest 24 hour fitness super sport that I've been to. Super spacious -- you get a lot of room in between each machine. It's also never really SUPER packed. I've never been during after-work hours, but I've gone every other time during the day and night and have never had to wait for a machine.

My friend and I went in for a three day trial because we’re back from college and are looking to sign up with a new gym. We walked in and Veronica was questioning us from the start, didn’t seem to believe we were old enough at first and talked to us like children. She then accused us of hopping from gym to gym getting free trials everywhere which is not the case. Overall, she was just rude and an unpleasant welcome into the gym. This wasn’t a great incentive to sign up with the gym and we decided not to because staff like that isn’t worth $40 a month. Nice looking gym, terrible staff.
