They said open with %25 of capacity and close everything, then they charge full Price !!! that is against law. I like to support local business, but that is very weird . While working out here for the first time, my car was broken into. When I informed the three folks at the front desk, they were not surprised because this occurs frequently at this location. Later, I attempted to access my account through the app and website to cancel my membership since I no longer feel safe at this location. I was not able to do so, so I called this branch for assistance. I have been informed that I can only cancel my membership in person at the same location where I was robbed. I will be doing so later today.

Don’t go to planet fitness if you want good customer service. I was charged the annual fee and the monthly fee after I called to cancel. Was told over the phone that the membership was canceled. I called after being charged again and was told that there is absolutely nothing they can do about refunding the charges because there is no “paper trail” for the cancellation since apparently you actually have to go in to cancel. That would have been GREAT to know. The manager said his team is trained accordingly, but obviously not. He also said he could go to regional manger to get the exchange approved but basically said he just wasn’t going to do that.

My wife and I have been going to this location for several weeks now. For some reason during the most previous visits, management continues to harass us for the most ridiculous things. We were told our water bottle is too big all of sudden, can’t have our gym bags or equipment with us. Several other issues we feel were unnecessary to call out.We respect the rules and guidelines, and understand management can change/add to those rules when they see fit.I feel these rules are not being enforced upon everyone and we’re being targeted. Management has also gave some really disrespectful glares upon passing.We enjoy PF, and the environment offered. But the staff is what continues to push us away. We will be finding another gym. Thank you

This location is not where it's at. I went to the one on 272nd and the service there was exceptional. This one however no just no. When my mom and I walked in the girl behind the counter saw us but said nothing finally after standing there for 5 minutes she goes "Do you need help with something?" already I wanted to leave long story long the app was messing up so the 2 memberships I have are mixed up she "couldn't" find it because she refused to look up my name she said she couldn't search by my name (I wanted to upgrade my memberships) after asking her if she could look it up by my agreement number she said no which isn't true because I ended up walking out and going to the 272nd location (where I've previously worked out) and they pulled up the agreement numbers and they also looked it up by phone number and last name. Called to speak to manager here at this location and the kid that answered said everyone called out and he doesn't work there and couldnt tell me when the manager was gonna be in (I didn't even ask when I just asked if there was one there now) I couldn't believe how awful every interaction was here I can't wait to transfer my home gym to another locationUpdate to owner response - This was my home club the regional manager was kind enough to get me transferred to another location as of today

This is my favorite gym!! The staff even knows me by name. Chris Moore is very friendly and keeps the gym so clean. Even the trainer is awesome and friendly 💪🏼😅 I also love having the black card membership as I can bring friends and clients. I’m a Food as Medicine Expert and encouraging my clients to add workouts has been a game changer!!!
