This was my go to gym, they're always clean and have a helpful staff. I dislike that they changed their hours to 5am-10pm. Please make this one 24 hours. I've been going consistently late night and now wait time for machines are longer since we have to adjust to the new closing time. All gyms in the area are already overly crowded trying to get in before that same closing time. It was nice to come here when it's less busy after 10pm

My to go gym，friendly and clean

Have been coming to this location for over a year now, and it is still great. The equipment is fairly new. The place is clean and organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking.

I like working out here because it’s well kept and clean for the most part. The staff is always changing tho, and personally not a big fan of the two white supervisors in charge. They love to mean mug and keep an eye on you if they don’t like you. They’re very sassy and un-like-able. They’re probably the reason the staff is constantly changing. Atleast it’s clean tho!

Says opens at 7 am it’s 815 and people waiting all over no one here. Waste of time

Did not want to leave a review but after wasting 30 minutes here I have to so it doesn’t happen to the next person. I called yesterday to ask should I sign up online or is it better to come in. Staff said come in because it’s easier to explain about the payment process. I come in today and a girl is working the counter alone. I could tell she is new, shy and soft spoken. I told her I wanted to sign up she states scan the QR code and go from there. I asked her questions throughout the sign up process and she stated she didn’t know each question and is new… I figured out I was signing up online as I should have done from home yesterday but No biggie might as well do it here. I got to the payment screen and asked about the monthly/annually and payment required for todays amounts. She again didn’t know and volunteered to get her manager. He came out of the office on his phone very slow…as I assume trying to finish up a text or something. I ask questions about the price. He answers and walks off.. I finish on the website and download the app, but needed a barcode? She states to use my phone number, but it was not registering. She went and got the manager again , as he seemed not interested…on his cell, no customer service at all… .. He begins to explain to her how to use my phone number to get the barcode number. …Long story short the website didn’t register my acct per the manager because I had not been charged yet and I need to go online and redo the whole thing. I proceeded to start all over and realized how awkward I felt that the “manager” was not engaged, or able to train the new hire on the basic counter stuff so the process can run smoother. Made me feel as if it was a sign, to find another gym where staff are helpful…

Yeah I really miss going to the gym I'm hopefully going to go back on in September but yeah you can't lose with the planet fitness this location is really good especially if you go early you know like in the middle of the afternoon there's nobody there or like noon. Hello I left the prior review on here. I'm just preaching to the choir here cuz. I noticed that they have four stars on their average. so really there's really not much to discuss since you know the average is four stars. that that's a b average if you were going to class. okay well everything seems to be fine there. except I'm just you know that they don't keep up their equipment sometimes. but compared to other places there I mean the place is spotless. I have to give him that I mean I didn't even notice much. the only thing I saw there was some dirt on the on the foot thing. on the push out I don't know what that's called. it's the one where you push out with your arms anyway that's by the men's locker room. enjoy your day happy spring 🇵🇲😎🦈.

So sorry for the last review, I thought it was for the Rainer Ave, Seattle location. This East Valley Hwy location is great! No complaints!
