A girl named halee was extremely rude so I canceled immediately and told them I wanted to talk to management about a. Refunded and the way I was treated. I never got a call back and they say management wasn't in every time I call.

Terrible layout. Way too much cardio equipment. Cardio equipment takes up about 85% of the spaceand all the weights are crammed in the front of the gym which makes it hard to maneuver around with people there. Take some of the cardio equipment out and spread things out. It’s impossible to lift weights without someone being 3 feet away.

Tried to join here today . Didnt have my bank routing number. The woman behind the counter couldnt be bothered to look up from her papetwork to help me. The guy I originally tried to talk to handed me a tablet and abandoned me. I felt completely ignored and unwanted here. These people are stuck somewhere between indifference and elitist, and its a bad vibe. It may be because Im middle aged, or because I said upfront I didnt want their platinum plan, but it was a bad first gym experience. Shame as it is very close to my house. I was looking forward to this place.

Great gym and great staff. Limited machines but you get what you pay for. Gym is kind of small but if you go at the right time you will get your workout in. Easy to find different stations and machines.

The first time I signed up during covid mask were obviously required while away from the station you were using but there is absolutely no way I can work out with a mask over my face, breathing all hard.. thankfully they were able to issue me a refund but they should state mask now have to be worn at ALL times! Not just when you are away from the equipment you’re using. idk how people are able to do that.

I love these guys! So friendly. The gym has a 30-minute room, my favorite for a lone workout, full body and good intensity. A work out is what you make of it, ain't it? Plenty of cardio, free weights, machine weights, bands, and mats. Never a dull moment.

Awful establishment. No extra precautions are being taken given our circumstances. There were many people with no masks on. I was there for over an hour yesterday and two employees walked around the whole gym multiple times for at least an hour but not one time did I see an employee come around and wipe machines down or regulate if people were wearing a mask. Very disappointed.

Billing issues ! Don’t ask me how but some way I had three accounts created. I signed up online a few years ago and the computer signed me up for planet fitness in a different city. I spoke to the manager and was advised it would be fixed, it was not.During the pandemic all reoccurring payments had stopped obviously because we couldn’t use the services. Then suddenly last month without warning I realize I was being billed once again by PF. No call ,no email ,no letter ,NO PERMISSION... nothing to indicate they were going to start to re-bill. I didn’t mind the $24 charge and walk into the local Kent PF that I HAVE ALWAYS attended Without issue. I went back to the front desk to purchase a lock and that is when the trouble began. The young man said I had a balance in collections and three accounts in total two of which were delinquent and one in collections. Apparently I had two accounts at the Kent location and one account in the Renton location. How this happened I do not know. I’m just a customer and I’ve done my part in making sure they have the correct billing information. It was corrected by a young man named Tyler but it’s the principle that this is not the first time I’ve had billing issues. The customers are not setting up separate accounts and it’s not our job to keep track of these kind of things. Sorry but this is just ridiculous I’m a just stick to my YMCA

Professional employees, very good environment to workout in! I've been going for years and its also very clean, and machines I need are there to get my workout done. However, I'm tired of being harassed by Tyler who consistently looks for inconsistencies there are nonexistent and he is definitely abusing his authority as an employee, for that I recommend a different planet fitness.
