Great location for workout and fitness.A clean environment, Perfect customer service, specially when you leave even if they be busy they call: have a good day and this is awesome. Editing my previous review and give two more stars because of the new culture of the gym. Staff have been very nice and professional lately (opposite of what they used to be about 1.5 years ago). The gym is always neat and clean. Damages on the machines get removes ASAP. Restrooms and lockers are all clean and organized, too.

1.5 rows of treadmills, 1 row of elliptical, stretching room, abs room, 30 minute workout room, and lots of free weights. (Sanitize the weights BEFORE you use them...)Lelita, below, is correct: For a 'Judgement Free Zone', nearly every employee certainly has an opinion to share about each PF patron.Incredibly rude employee behavior is repeatedly displayed here. On the bright side, whenever I've reported dirty or unsafe conditions, they have been immediately remedied.

Love the gym and the extra things offered such as red light therapy and whatnot. Unfortunately very uncomfortable going in as there are teens that work there standing behind the counter, at times four of them...watching members walk in....SLIGHTLY uncomfortable not to mention I asked one girl how to use red light therapy...she was very unhappy with me for asking and actually seemed totally disgusted when I asked her to show me how to use it. Loooool. Oh well wasted 20 bucks.

long review, but worth reading if youre thinking about joining:great starter gym with a decent amount of variety. price is unbeatable, and the staff seem friendly enough.HOWEVERwhy the fixation with eft payments? virtually every other business on earth accepts plastic (aka credit cards). not Planet Fitness, at least for recurring payments. before joining, i dug into the membership agreement and there is a clause stating that"If you provide us with more than one method of payment, you authorize us to charge any amounts you may owe us including, but not limited to, any membership-related obligations,retail transactions, and/or online purchases to any form of payment which you have provided us UNTIL such time as you revoke your authorization for that method of payment by writtennotification delivered to the club in person or preferably via certified mail to the address listed above."great, sign me up! except that Planet Fitness won't actually honor this clause because, according to the club manager, members MUST do monthly bank acct withdrawals.sorry? i have worked in the fitness industry before and i dont want anyone besides my employer having open access to my bank acct.this begs a question: if Planet Fitness won't honor this simple clause which is clearly worded in their own membership agreement, what else are people being scammed into believing?please do your homework before signing up, and keep an eye on your bank account if you join.

I quickly got a membership at this location. As a serious lifter, I can appreciate the uniqueness of the style of Planet Fitness. Some lifters/athletes may be put off by it, but I assure you, it's nearly the same as any other gym.PF is not the best gym for free weights. There are plenty of options for cardio and machine work. But dumbbells only go up to 70. EZ curl bars only go up to 60. And instead of free weight barbells, there are four smith machines which are occupied during peak hours.PF fitness for me was a good secondary gym as I mainly lift at 24 Hr Fitness. But for $20 a month, you get full access to all equipment, the massage chairs and beds, and tanning. I've never used the tanning, but the massage beds alone almost justify my $20 a month.Gym hours are pretty good. Mon-Fri it's 24 hours. Except the gym closes at 9pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.The gym is always clean and people almost always wipe down their equipment after they use it.

Some of the people working behind the counter need to talk their personal gossip somewhere else. Everybody can hear the things being said and it was a little unprofessional. Other than that the establishment itself was wonderful. I would recommend it to friends and family and I would recommend to Planet Fitness to talk to the ladies at the front desk in Kent about keeping their personal conversations in the back room. With it trying to be a non-judgmental environment when you hear somebody passing judgement on other people and then laughing that is very unprofessional and inappropriate. I lowered my rating after a few experiences ...some of the female employees are very RUDE..talk to a few other people at the GYM and totally agree if U dont tell some one they cant answer call well working out U should properly inform people instead of being disrespectful to UR PAYING COSTUMERS!

Sure this place was great, the first 30 days it was open cause it was empty.. it's basically set up for a beginner in the fitness area. There's a few well trained individual's but that's not what I'm pointing on. The place is a is kept OK 50% of the time, the other 50% the bathrooms are a mess, the sinks and counter area are never whipped down .. why there's no paper towels in the sink area for people to clean up after them selves. I have no clue There's always people's dirty wiped down paper towels left on the very few machines they do have, water bottles and what ever else people decide to leaves behind. In the cup holders of the eliptics machine treadills , etc Peak hours, around 7pm the whole southern part of the gym, free weights , smith machines and ab area smells of retched body oder, actually so gross I stopped going and cancelled my membership.. but for 10$ a month why wouldn't you go here.. enjoy your workout .. oh yeah tottsie rolls too.

All the great features of an expensive gym for $10 a month. Best value around and the staff are great without trying to pressure you in to buying training or other things you don't need. I'll never use another gym if there's one around.

Very happy with the pricing, amount of machines, weights and fun other areas. The front desk is never really alert. You can stand at the counter and stare at the back of them for a while before they decide to recognize you. But pricing is great! I left LA fitness.
