My previous gum went out of business due to COVID, so I signed up at Planet Fitness. I signed up for their Black Card membership because it was the same price as my basic membership before. I'm so glad I did!I am very pleased with the COVID precautions. The staff is always friendly and helpful. there are always machines available and they have blocked off every other machine (elliptical, treadmill, etc). But one of my favorite things? After every workout, Ii go in for a 10 minute hydromassage! That is the perfect close to a good workout. I actually go more now because I look forward to that massage that is included in my membership!

Working out at the Kent PF is always a great experience. The staff members, especially Tyler, is always extremely helpful regarding billing and using the equipment. He always ensures that members are accommodated. I love when I see him going around talking to members about their masks when others just seem to walk by! Makes me feel safe during this pandemic.

Be carful about the hidden fees. They charged me 3 time for my annual fee. I signed up in Feb 2020. the club got closed. they charged me in Sep and they said everyone got charged and you will not going to be charged till September 2021. And they offered me the black membership without charging the annual fee. but they charged me anyway. and then they got closed. Finally, I got my refund in Jan. After going to club and calling corporate and all of headaches. Now, I got charged again in 4/1. this time, they said it's the real annual fee!!!! If you were closed why you are charging us over and over? and with wearing mask it's hard to breath. I didn't even go to the gym after while. I canceled my account. I don't want to deal with them again. Just be careful

I just wanted to give a shout out to Elvis. He gave us the grand tour and explain things in detail and answered all our questions. He was very kind and patient. He is a new employee there and he did a great job. This is my first time at a gym and I am eased.

I have been a black card member for almost 2 years now and my experiences have been great so far there are some cool perks like body enhancement, tanning bed , hydro massage beds and chairs. you can bring a guest every visit it has all the most common equipment it's well maintained and clean. And It's open almost 24/7

No thrills but plenty of equipment that is in good shape. Staff is friendly and always welcomes you in and tells you to have a nice day when you leave. Great value for the price.

Tyler is a great dude, he taught me how to bulk up and get lean and showed me the ropes. He's got a fun and nice personality as well. I love Planet Fitness! Im thankful for the rates and quality of atmosphere.

Very welcoming. I was very impressed by how clean the place was. They indeed have limited selections and equipment. But pricey is cheaper than other places, so I am satisfied. Planning to keeping my membership!

Members for life. I had been wondering what might have happened to our memberships since we havent gone to the gym since Feb. I was anticipating monthly payments being auto deducted from my bank and also a nightmarish process if i try to cancel. I was surprised that Planet Fitness had proactively suspended all memberships since feb, this is very customer centric decision. I have always hated spending money of gyms, but this one you guys have me completely impressed by your business strategies and me and my fam are your members for life. Keep up the good work, spreading health and empowering people from within.
