I enjoyed my first time working out here. The only problem I had was with the paper towels. They're really thin and weak. They rip apart too easily when I wipe down the machines. Other than that, I had a good workout and will keep coming back.

I can sign up online in 30 seconds, but have to drive to your location to cancel or pause membership?Customer trap. No thanks.Updated:Im response to owners comment...The fact that you arbitrarily "require" a signature to cancel doesn't mean it's necessary. You allow a customer to sign up with ease online, but "require" a signature to leave.I have signed hundreds of documents online. Tax papers, financial, etc. Ive opened and closed bank accounts without ever visiting a brick and mortar store.Your flimsy defense aside, one thing is clear:You make it effortless to sign up to become a customer, but add pain to leaving. This is clearly designed to make it hard to leave.New rating: 0 stars.I would suggest Snap Fitness. Welcoming folks, and 24hr access.Planet Fitness is garbage.

Great variety of equipment. Gym is kept very clean. My only complaint is with people sitting on a piece of equipment looking at their phones for extended periods of time. This isn’t the fault of Planet Fitness, it’s problem with modern society.

Not to bad, but the the staff could use some training at customer service. Rude and usually not paying any attention except the phones and schoolwork.
