Friendly staff, clean facility, and not overcrowded at the time I went. Plenty of equipment to use, no waiting. Feel comfortable going to Planet Fitness and working on my routine.

Today was my first time in the gym. I signed up for a core class with Victoria Bates. I’m just going to start by saying AMAZING!! Amazing trainer, amazing workout, amazing atmosphere, amazing motivation. I was nervous but excited within 4 minutes of the class I felt everything I was working out, though it was tough because I do not workout regularly she motivated the class to keep pushing and at the end of the class I wanted more so I went to the next class with her. That was the 360 burn. And baby it got me right where I needed to be!! Please go check her out. Again her name is Victoria Bates PF trainer! She is amazing!!! I can’t wait for another class. And what she teaches you you can literally take away when you work out by yourself. !! 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

I can’t believe the way planet fitness did me ! They took my rent money without my transactions even being on ! I signed up online was never told about the once a year fee ! Which cause me a lot of stress! When called the manager said she was calling me back ! That was two days ago ! Please everyone don’t sign up for planet fitness! They enjoy taking money from you with no notice !

Victoria is a great trainer at this gym. I enjoy her classes. They’re engaging and challenging, but she meets you where you are. The gym is clean with nice amenities but she’s a really special asset.

This new killeen location was clean. Tanning beds are nice and always cleaned. Equipment is all new. The only thing i would say could be better would be that it would be nice if the benches could sit at a true 90 degree angle and not have the end of seat fold up, it's uncomfortable. But all on all not too bad yet. I will post another review in follow up after it's been there for a little bit.
