Only problem with this gym is that they provide teenagers with free membership from may-august. Which only adds more people to an already congested gym in an area where gyms are not abundant. One thing that would also help is to give the teenagers some sort of training on proper gym etiquette as many of them hog up equipment overall have poor judgment when making use of gym equipment.

This is the 3rd Planet Fitness I’ve used & from North Charleston SC to Killeen TX, all staff are nice people who are willing to help! I didn’t have to wait for what I needed to become available as they always have plenty selection and it’s super clean. The updated equipment was easy to use. The workout community likes to practice policies & take care of the place! I’m so glad they opened this 2nd location close to where I live!! Ready for my next workout!

Couple months ago started attending this gym and honestly one of the best planet fitness’ I have ever been to. I noticed though I see the same girl deep cleaning everything making sure the equipment is clean and ready for all of us to use. Every time I come in she always has a smile and positive attitude towards customers, always helpful. I believe her name is Delianne she has black curly hair. She is one of the best employees definitely hard working person in my opinion from what I seen.

Being a military soldier, I was looking for a gym that doesn’t get so packed and is open 24 hours. Planet fitness is perfect, exactly what I was looking for. While everyone is friendly, delianne is the employee who stands out to me the most. I always tell her that her smile is contagious, because truly it is. She helped me understand my membership better, especially the annual fee which was a big surprise to me because the person who signed me up, did not explain it to me when I first signed up. Deli made sure I left satisfied and was even able to get me a free month with her managers approval at the end of my visit. Super helpful her and Jasmine
