I love this gym and this location! Everyone is amazing and everyone is so welcoming and helpful. I have been coming here since February and I never want to leave ! Hell ya sister!

Brenda is always so friendly. She speaks to me every time I walk in and every time I leave (if she is at the front). I enjoy this facility. I love working out here. Definitely recommend.

Great staff, pretty decent gym. Kids zone is literally an open room with a TV in it. Machines are frequently broken and not fixed. Other then that everything else is decent.

I went in to tour the gym to ensure it was a good fit for my physical needs and meet with Destiny. I made an appointment and she was the one who greeted me as I walked in, almost as if she was waiting for me! She was friendly and knowledgeable in the many programs the gym has to offer. She was a sweet and professional young lady.

Hands down, best choice I’ve made for my fitness journey.. Destiny educated me on the gyms programs and everything else TruFit has to offer, she was nice, professional and knowledgeable in every question I had about the gym. She inspired me to want to continue my fitness journey in a great environment that TruFit seems to offer for my needs. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave.

I really want to say I love this gym, but can’t get over the fact, it takes them forever to get the machines fixed. For the price you pay, we shouldn’t have to worry about dated machines not working and take weeks or months to fix. TruFit, do better. I took a month break and now I come back and the same machines that were been out of order have yet to be fixed. And to top that off, there has been no a/c or it’s barely working. This is unacceptable, especially for the price of membership. I will be going back to my old (more affordable gym) since they seem tend to the maintenance and customer issues more than this place.

Went into get info to possibly become a member. I asked to use the restroom and I was told I couldn’t unless I was an active member!! What the heck is this kind of customer service!?!

Horrible place! Nasty rest rooms and poor management, plus awful staff members..(Update) 13 months later of fighting to get out of the gold gym aka tru fit contract!! 13 months of a place I never used that was filthy after signing up 2months later. The filthy locker rooms took months to stay clean. Not only is covid now a thing, however black mold has been around much longer and is a problem in that facility. Not to mention some of the staff rudeness when I complained daily for 4weeks about the locker rooms. Don't contact corporate!! They are even worse then the local office. All around don't even deserve any star dust Let alone a star 🤣 GOOD LUCK AND GOOD RIDDANCE!
