Nice people working the front-desk in the mornings. Lots of complaints with the recent layout changes, its way too cluttered now. I hope you guys will expand to give us more space to do floor exercises.

Steven, the assistant manager, was very helpful in moving my home gym to lake Charles. He was super informative and patient with me. He was willing to go the extra mile. He was kind (and handsome; not that that matters) and his customer service was out of this world especially for gym standards. I give this place a 10/10 when he is on staff at the front desk. Make sure you warm your shower up for 20 minutes before you get in. Also, they don’t have the candy at the front desk. Isn’t that the reason we go to PF over the other gyms? Sad day.
