I go in and ask the lady at the desk was she the one I just spoke to over the phone.She said probably not in the most rude tone that I instantly notice it... I started to leave right then.The whole time her aura was so negative.. I could just feel it... just a negative energy... I couldn't wait to get away from her.Then now I was just sitting here thinking hours later about my experience with her,and something told me to check the reviews.Almost every review was negative!! I'm cancelling tomorrow

Pretty nasty. Hasn't been property cleaned or sanitized I a while. Bathroom stall walls look like they've never been cleaned. Layers or dirt and dust everywhere. Apparently whoever runs this location doesn't know doesn't about properly keeping a fitness facility clean and sanitary as fitness centers are some if the most germ contaminated public spaces. Lots of equipment not working. Needs a updated remodel, including the staff.

The environment is great been a member for a while now and bathroom still needs attention. The equipment needs better spray bottles to make the move to another machine quickly. But overall it cool.

Very clean and friendly environment. Always kept neat and tidy, lots of amenities and equipment. There are somethings that could make the club better such as free barbells and not just Smith-machine towers; or saunas. But overall this gym fits all my needs to exercise and improve my physical fitness.

Life is fast! Sometimes we don't have time to get ready after work cuz some people drive long distances to get here! So nust once i try to do my work out after work on jeans and tennis ! So a lady who works there go directly to me to ask me to live cuz I'm not dressing correctly to fi my wirk out! And i tell her"I SAW PEOPLE TRAINING LIKE THAT "EVERY DAY" and i know is nit appropriate and is uncomfortable but sometimes people we don't have time to drive home get ready and coming back or 4 whatever reason! And was my 1st time. No matter what I'm say she send me home. And after that I take pictures EVERYDAY ABOUT PEOPLE WITH JEAND AND BAGS AND ALL WHAT THEM ASKING TO DON'T DO IT so my point is"WAS A COINCIDENCE OR MY SKIN COLOR 😒

The Planet fitness corporation is a bunch of crooks! $42 was taken out of my account without my approval! And when I went in to cancel my account they tried to charge me an additional $58 "but out fee" their slogan is no contract but yet customers are having to pay to get out of something they weren't suppose to be locked Into in the first place. This needs to be corrected immediately! Planet fitness needs to be exposed for stealing people's money and making the customer pay for it!

I went in to sign up for a membership today. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. I understood why he was scheduled to work a Sunday night with 1 person there... I walked right out. Good luck!

There are far superior Gyms in Lake Charles to become members of. Planet Fitness is only interested in drafting money and service fees out your account not about your fitness or quality customer service. My advise shop around before you settle with this place. 1 star for cleanliness. It is clean inside.

The gym is nice but they have some of the WORST possible people working at the front desk! They’re RUDE AS HELL . I never even write reviews but I moved to Lake Charles 4 days ago so today is my second day at this gym , the first day the girl at the front was RUDE when I signed up . They act like they hate their job and today when I signed in to tan when I went to room 3 (like she said) she never set it so when I went back to the desk she acted aggravated with me and was like well what do you want to do tan ? With the rudest tone. I was like YES ACTUALLY ! That’s why I signed in and bought eyewear and why you JUST told me go to room 3 .

Nice staff, easy ride, working machines.But its not a ten because the staff didn’t enforce the clean after use policy. Lot of people didn’t clean the machines after uses and is a mess and stink their swet.If the staff enforce this part will get the 10.
