My friend and I went into this location today. We had every intention to sign-up but when she asked to use the restroom the guy on duty at the door responded "it's for members only!" Hello! No one is trying to take a tour and process the paperwork on a full bladder! I did speak with the nice young lady who was also on duty and she was very informative but decided not to join. I just moved to Louisiana and this is honestly the first experience with rudeness thus far. I guess I should thank this guy for showing his true colors before I signed a contract.

I love being able to use many different types of workout equipment in any visit. I have learned a lot about exercising since joining. All the staff are friendly, helpful, and supportive. Knowing I can go in, workout at my own pace, and not be judged are reasons I keep my membership. It’s affordable and worth it! I also love the massage bed!

I love this gym...I don't feel intimidated by anyone. Everyone pretty much minds their own business and is focused on getting fit and healthy. The gym is really clean and for the most part, the staff is friendly. There are so many machines!!! I go early in the morning and really enjoy this gym.

Not a bad place for beginners. But Planet Fitness is known as the joke of all gyms for a reason. Come on... Free pizza day? Free bagels and donut day? Giant jars of free Tootsie Rolls in the front counter? Seriously? Also, they claim to be a "judgment free zone," and have signs that read "no critics" spread everywhere. However, if you accidentally clank some weights, drop something, or even breath too hard or make any noise whatsoever, they set of a loud siren and light they call the "lunk alarm."

Its a lot more of a gym atmosphere then Planet Fitness probably likes. I only go there to do arms because my gym does not have pre-weighted barbells. It is still planet fitness though so y'all know what that means!!😂😂 …

I got corrected at Planet Fitness this morning.For being naked.In the shower area.Apparently, I'm supposed to go into a changing room, disrobe, wrap my towel, proceed to the shower, get in, close the curtain, and hang my towel from inside my closed shower stall.The dude described the process to me while standing there in his own towel.His lack of shower shoes offended me, so I guess we're even.

I've been a member for a little over a year and haven't had any real issues, I'm short so standing beds aren't "ideal" and the total body machine would be nicer if it had some extensions for short people to hold on to. But over all, it's always nice and clean, doesn't smell bad like other gyms I've been to, and the staff is always great.

The staff are more concern with flirting with each other. Every time we went to ask questions or get help to get a trainer, they were rude and acted like we were a problem. Will never go back and I will tell everyone about how rude the staff is.

Nice gym and friendly staff, however I specifically joined to take advantage of circuit rooms and every single day I went I had issues with people hanging out on the machines. Any other gym this wouldn't be an issue but here they specifically tell you that this room is reserved for people who want to do circuits. I brought this to the staffs attention several times and nothing was done about it. I ended up moving away so I canceled my membership, which is purposely made to be a difficult process, but none the less I will not be back to a planet fitness.

The facility is great and clean. Great up to date machines. I have been a member since 2013. However this being the second time i had a bad customer experience with the same staff member ("Micah", or something like that) I would not only not recommend to any of my colleagues but i am seriously contemplating cancelling both mine and my daughters membership that i just signed her up for. I didn't complain, i didn't make a big deal the first time. But being the second time with the very same person, this business needs to work on their accounts updating. Logging into your online planet fitness membership, checking balances, or even making payments online mean nothing. Because your account can show a zero balance online. And paid online however somehow the computer system at the gym shows a balance. Or that payment didn't go through when it has already been taken from your account. And there's nothing like going into the gym to start your day right and get in some exercise, just to spend a good thirty minutes taking screen shots of your acct being up to date, and the payment for the new membership already out of your account, to send to the little girl behind the counter. This is the second time that i have been told i have a balance by this same girl. When my account is up to date and i show a zero balance online where i do all my bills, along with the rest of the world. The little girl behind the counter did not raise her voice, but she was very condescending in her demeanor and attitude.
