I really like this gym but they close early, I dont get off work until 10pm and they close at 11 it would be 5 stars hands down if they were 24 hours again so I'm not limited

The tanning beds are DISGUSTING! When I asked the girl at the FD if they clean between each client she told me no they clean them 3 times a day 😳 there was dead bugs on the floor of the bed and literally looked liked someone took care of some personal business running down the glass. GROSS!!!! Not to mention the bugs flying around in the room.

I've been thru ALOT of PF gyms, & unfortunately I can say this Lake Charles location has the most unfriendly, unhelpful & totally uninterested staff ive ever encountered in my travels.. staff standing around visiting with each other & occupied with their cell phones. Apparently I interrupted them & this was not received well! 😐The gym is nicely set up... but staff is why I won't be back nor recommend 😒In Response to PF owner:Ty for taking the time to read the review I left regarding your gym. However, when did it become MY responsibility to address the staff issues within YOUR gym ??

I had to change bank accounts due to a hacker and when I changed my bank account with this PF they didn't put down my information right and because they also were off on my email and coincidentally 1 number off on my phone number, I was never notified about the issue. Now here it is a 1yr and a half later and I'm still not able to speak with a manager to resolve this issue so that I can use the facility again. I even went to another facility and they had trouble trying to get info from this location. I just want to resolve this ongoing issue!
