1st time gym member. Staff was very helpful, friendly and attentive. Brandon explained everything and gave me a tour, as well as showed me how to use equipment and amenities offered, such as free help from a trainer with my black card membership. Tanning, massage chairs and hydromassage beds are included as well, at a fraction of the cost of a membership at the much smaller competition in the area. I'm very pleased with my decision to join.

There is no scale here. There are no free barbells. The dumbbells go up to 75. However, the gym is always clean, and everything is in good condition.

Great place to workout and they have all of the state of the art equipment. And dont allow others to put you down for being over weight or not being able to do as much as others. You go at your own pace. And it's a great price.

Im giving it 1 star since i cant go any lower. I decided to go back to the gym after months of not going and still paying my membership, just to get charged at the front desk for late fees when they automatically charge my account. As i procced to ask for information why are they charging me late fees when they take the money automatically out of my account. And the mnager responce was that there was a stop payment on my account and they started charging the debit card. I procceded to show her all her billings came erratic on different date on my account so why only late fees for those 3 months. And she wouldnt give me an answer. She kept repeatong the same thing over and over again. Not only i was unfairly charged for late fees but i left unsatisfactory not being able to talk to anyone that could give me the proper answers. The club doesnt offer a customer service phone number, or a billing technitian. They just reffer you to the manager of the club, which has no type of knowladge of the matter, all she can say is whats in front of her computer demanding to pay the late fees even if its the clubs system's fault of the erratic payments. I wouldnt recommend going to this club or any other frachise by the matter. Giving the fact that they donot offer any customer service support other than the people in back of the counter. My feeling towards the matter is that they are running some type of scam, charging you late fees on an automatic service that they provide. Giving the excuse that it didnt come out of the bank account but it came out of the debit card. I would recommend to check your statements and follow a close look at the dates that they charge since oviously a little off and even tho is automatic and the money is there, they WILL CHARGE YOU A LATE FEE.

The gym is built around failure, which I don't approve of. And it's definitely not body builder friendly, but the machines are well maintained, and the amenities are very nice. Also it's always super busy

Very clean and bright. However I wish they had more free weights. I need to go to another gym just to do my chest because planer fitness doesnt have free weights

Not the greatest example of what to expect from Planet Fitness. If you're going by their company mottos, they fall short. Weights regularly dropped, people being loud, and if you're doing weights, prepare to stand there and wait for people to stop talking on their phone to get off the machine. Not a big fan, but also never had any problems with finding a treadmill. The front counter staff couldn't care less about being courteous or helpful. They love standing there talking with their friends rather than helping anyone out - and give you an eye roll if you interrupt their chit chat.

I feel that if people are very critical on this place. PF do aim more towards beginner workouts and humble vets. But if you are going to be obnoxious about it go pay $300 a month for an expensive gym that allows clown attitudes and quite trying to bully this GYM into accepting your foolish acts and rule breaking. Their customer service do need a little work but im sure most of you people come in with an attitude already. Coming from a former waitress in customer service.

Early mornings are best as I’d rather stay focused on my workout regimen and have the necessary equipment available for use. Massage chairs are a luxury as my days are highly stressed and previously I was only able to massage once or twice a month.

Was sold a membership that they said was a month to month. I go to cancel it after 8 months they tell me it is a year contract. I remember when they told me 30 days notice to cancel. They now say well it is in the contract you signed and not what they told you. I have been a member before and this will be the last time I am a member here. Told them I was going to give then a negative review and there response was OK. Sorry customer service, did not even ask if I wanted to talk to a manager. Has anyone else had this problem?
