24 Hour Fitness at Lake Forest offers a comprehensive fitness experience with amenities like an indoor pool, basketball courts, free weights, and various cardio machines. The facility is generally clean, and the equipment is well-maintained, with the added bonus of friendly and helpful staff. Group classes, including body combat, bring a dynamic aspect to the workout regimen.
Despite its many strengths, the gym faces criticism for hygiene in its restrooms and locker rooms, and its equipment arrangement could use improvement. Peak hours can get quite crowded, making it difficult to find available parking and workout stations.

- Friendly and attentive staff.
- Numerous group classes offered.
- Clean environment most of the time.
- Good ventilation and air conditioning.
- Ample parking space.

Cons:
- Unclean restrooms and locker rooms.
- Gets crowded during peak hours.
- Lacks sufficient cleaning maintenance.

Has everything that's needed. Cardio downstairs and weight room upstairs. Basketball courts are open. Water pressure in the shower is pretty good. All in all a well kept and convenient location.

You can tell this gym did a lot to reset from Covid. I was in town with my buddy for a few weeks and went here. Normally I have to work out in LA by my school. This gym was great. So many amenities. Steam room, sauna, so much cardio, indoor pool, etc.

The bathrooms were not so clean, they had all the workout machines I needed and it was a decent environment to workout, no so crowded.

Its a gym...sometimes empty sometimes busy (quit your job and go in the middle of the day), sometimes dirty sometimes clean(when theres a steady flow of meat heads going in and out you cant expect a place to be spotless), remember physical trainers have priority over all the equipment than you do, and my biggest advice is keep your head pointed down when in the bathrooms or you might get an unexpected dong or two in your peripheral vision...should be a rule against being completely naked in bathrooms

Friendly staff, but very poorly maintained in the locker rooms. Bathrooms smell with no ventilation and poor maintenance, soap is not always available, and turning on the sink makes the drainage backflow smell.
