24 Hour Fitness at Lake Forest offers a comprehensive fitness experience with amenities like an indoor pool, basketball courts, free weights, and various cardio machines. The facility is generally clean, and the equipment is well-maintained, with the added bonus of friendly and helpful staff. Group classes, including body combat, bring a dynamic aspect to the workout regimen.
Despite its many strengths, the gym faces criticism for hygiene in its restrooms and locker rooms, and its equipment arrangement could use improvement. Peak hours can get quite crowded, making it difficult to find available parking and workout stations.

- Friendly and attentive staff.

Clean for the most part. Wish the free weights room was bigger. Overall good gym for the beginner and average weight lifter.

This place is always crowded and that women’s locker room needs a lot of TLC. I’m surprised for the amount of people that go here they haven’t updated this place nor fixed that broken stall in the women’s bathroom that’s been “out of order” for 2 years now.

I will start by saying that the Music is extremely loud. The music is so inappropriately loud that it actually breaks my focus and hurts my ears. They blast the Pop/EDM music so even if you are wearing Headphones, it is unfortunately still an issue for my training and focus.- Also, they are usually out of paper towels so the equipment gets extra gross and sweaty. Ive spoke to many-a-staff about the sound issue and its still not resolved.

It's an old gym but they got nice employees. I went in to the basketball court and saw a spilled cup of coffee on the floor, that's just nasty. Overall, it's an okay gym, but LA Fitness is a little better depending on what plans you want to have.

Great Fitness Center with swimming pool sauna and steam room along with all the other 24 Hour Fitness amenities, classes, supplement bar, and decent men's locker room. The only downside is it looks like some of the parking lot areas haven't been cleaned or sprinklers adjusted to actually water the dead plants that are there now and even though mentioned many times nothing ever seems to get done in with making in the more like visiting a park atmosphere which it's could be with a little Cleanup in gardening work. Is a shame because everything else is pretty nice there including the vast majority of the clientele that you might run into while there. After observing for quite a while had to come to the conclusion that many people who workout don't mind hanging out in a place that resembles something closer to an unsavory section of downtown LA. Perhaps it rounds out some crakers rap fantasy in that respect.

the level of music is so load .. there is 2 sets of 4 speakers down stairs, means 8 speakers. but up stairs, considering it is low ceiling, and there are 12 sets of 4 (= 48) speakers. an area of 1200 S/F and 48 speakers..??Now imagine that the music runs laud too.. the funny thing is, every 5 minutes their system is reminding their employees to go ahead and get the check list and go for cleaning. but no one cares about that announcement and if you ask them, one says i' m trainer and it is not my responsibility. the other one says I'm sales manager and i don't clean. one says i'm in front deck and i don't clean.....?

the equipment isn't bad, decent amount of space. Biggest problem isn't the gym, its those that go to it. For some reason people love to leave the weights everywhere. As soon as they are done with their exercise, they just leave their plates there, whether it's on a machine or on the floor. It's like a child when they play with their toys, they use it, then just leave the toy wherever expecting the adults to pick it up for them. So if you want an additional workout on top of your working just finding weights and putting them back like an adult, I'd highly recommend this place.
