Ok I have given this gym enough chances, I can only work out at 2-4am. This is the only Planet Fitness I know that is not open 24 hours 7 days a week. But I can look past that accept when I show up one morning at 2am when they claim they are open to find the doors locked. No sign, no number to call, nothing. So I had to drive to Lakeland PF which was so much more clean, friendly, and better equipment. When a gym can no longer do the bare minimum of being open when they claim, its time to go. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GYM

Great clean gym with helpful staff. Circulating and checking in machines throughout the day.

Nice place and very clean with every exercise machine to fit you..

Don't really care for this location. The guys at the customer service counter get too flirty and the water fountain could be updated to fill water bottles better. Everything else is fine, I just prefer the Lake Wales location.

This a update review of coming back to this gym after a few years definitely not a bad gym to workout I would definitely recommend this for your average everyday individual likes to do a small individual workout this place could use a few more pieces of equipment to do more body workouts but thankfully they have a decent variety of free weights to make up the difference however the only problem that I have seen so far is Wait how many people on their phones and not doing their workouts sitting on the equipment and the employees and management not doing much about it Even though the rules are on the walls not much is done to maintain that The cleanliness is up the par and the equipment so far is well up kept we'll do more updates in the future but for now four Stars

Been coming here for over 4 years and after today highly considering a new gym. The employee in the front. (Bald Spanish guy that works mornings) has been offending me 2 times being here by calling me “mam” and “she” when I’m CLEARLY a male aka a guy. Highly embarrassing and he was corrected the first time saying it by my friend and then the 2nd time was today. At this point I feel like it’s on purpose and this is supposed to be a “judgement free zone” ???? Well I feel extremely judged right now and it’s harassment at this point. I would really like this matter to be tooken care of before I take it to corporate and have someone’s job please and thankyou. Never happened before until he started here. And I want it to stop or him to be removed.

I just signed up because of the deal they had and now I'm motivated to go because I met Jazmine who made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I can't wait to go back and see her.

Best PF I’ve ever been to. I like it because there are multiple machines for each type of workout so you don’t have to wait. Staff is amazing. I travel for work and have been to 100 plus gyms over the years, this is one of my favorites

We've been members of Planet Fitness for 6 years, To this day, it's clear that the companies focus has always been on a positive member experience! The staff have always been welcoming, friendly, and eager to help. The gym is well equipped, well maintained, and continually cleaned by the staff! Six years in and that focus has not changed! We are extremely happy with Planet Fitness and will be members for life!

the nicest planet fitness i have ever been in. i only like going to this gym.
