I go to the gym in the city of Lake Wales Fl. My experience has been very good and the attention of those who work in this place has been wonderful. The areas are comfortable and very clean.

Need to do a better job of maintaining equipment. Treadmill belts need to be replaced and only 2 out 4 massage loungers work.

Poor customer service. Have a tivity membership that is accepted at all the locations in the US and they would not activate my account. I have never had these issues at any other planet fitness as I use it a lot in different states.
