Oh boy, where do we start with this one… I don’t really have much to say in addition to what the bad reviews below me have stated. All I can do is confirm how gross this place is. Every space in the gym smells musty and sweaty. The smell in the sauna has gotten so bad that members will bring a spray bottle with eucalyptus water to mask the smell of rotting bacteria. Please just clean more frequently. Your 3.5 star average rating will improve if you just listen to your customers. I will probably get a canned response from the staff written below that states something along the lines of “ We are working to make improvements and hope to serve you better in the future”. Talk is cheap, please make an actual effort to improve the gym.

After reading all these reviews I won't ever go to this 24 hour fitness corporation should look into this it's apparently they aren't doing a good job

No cleaning materials for machines. Crowded, way too crowded to even enjoy a workout. I have been a member here for the last four years and I’ve just cancelled my membership due to incredibly rude staff (Sabrina, I’m looking at you) - and generally uncleanliness. I’ve been to disorganized gyms before, but machines are broken. There’s barbells in the middle of the floor, and dirt inside the washrooms.

There’s black mold all inside the showers. The jacuzzi is beyond disgusting 🤮 Bathrooms look like they never get properly sanitized. This place just needs a good maintenance crew because it’s always nasty. Seriously who’s running this place? Next call is to BBB because it’s nasty. …

Been going there for a few years and it got really bad now I hate it there really considering leaving

Got a day pass for $25 to be there for 20 minutes. the sauna doesn’t work properly and weights all over the gym. The manager Brenda wouldn’t refund the $25 unless I got a membership. What a scam.

To Whom It May Concern:I am writing to address some concerns about the cleanliness of certain parts of the gym. We are still in a Pandemic figuratively and want to make sure that as a paying customer, my gym should be very hygienic and clean.In the locker rooms, the shower and bathroom floors need to be scrubbed down, also there needs to be a person making sure people are taking off their shoes in the sauna room. Even though there is a sign, many people ignore it. And the times I have wanted to use the hot tub it is very dirty. I think these few things would make a world of difference and prevent others from catching any diseases. What is also needed is a good manager to check members out. Based on previous reviews online about this place being dirty, I decided to get a 3-day pass online before committing. Upon entering the facilities, I walked up to the front desk and was totally ignored by one of the ladies who seemed superior and older. I waited till she was done helping the younger one with a poster. After she left, I told the younger one that I had a 3-day pass. She waited for further information from her superior then asked me if I had been there before. I said yes about 4 years ago with a 90-day pass. She said I could not use my pass. I told her I was concerned about the facility cleanliness as I had read the reviews online. She said the only way I could get in was with a day pass for 25 dollars or a membership. I paid for the day pass as I was not about to commit to a place that could be dirty and disgusting to workout. It was not dirty but I was very disappointed in how they did business. I felt judged as a black woman who was looking for a clean place to workout.

STOLEN: from locked locker Gym bag, wallet, wedding ring…reply was…it happens a lot here.

Big Clean. Friendly Staff. No machines out of order. Plenty of space.
