I love planet fitness I'm a member for at least 6 years.hate the rules you pay for black card membership, and you want to used the hydraulic bed you asked for 20 Munite they tell you can only have 10 come back if you want more stupid I just told you that why do I have to come back and tell you.

Just really enjoy my me time at Planet Fitness clubs. I'm so glad some are close to highways. It's a reminder to get to the gym. Some have improved the massage chairs. I'm very glad about that because the previous chairs hurt your back a little.

1-9-23 today at 5:06pm the Asian guy who checked me in carded my disabled daughter who is 24. He said the only way I can check in is the mobile app. I told him she has been here over 20 times so could he check his system. He said he is just doing his job. I told him we'll it works at every other planet fitness why is this one different. All he said was you have to get the mobile app. Or she is not allowed in. Very unsatisfied. This is at your Lansing il location. All the other locations around here are not rude. This guy held me not having the mobile app against me

Clean and a lot of equipment available. Bathrooms are small and not all sinks work. Good employees.

I came in and I had a black card membership about my membership June 2nd of 2022 and I was in the hydro massage therapy and the tall black lady told me to leave for no reason saying that I couldn't use the hydro massage more than once and I was gave the okay from the manager I put in 25 complaints email corporate office in franchise and never got a response. This was so embarrassing to act unprofessionally the manager on-site head manager gave me the website to file a complaint which I never got responded

This location is ghetto. I only take showers there. management make sure to make me feel unwelcomed. I have a membership with another gym where i actually work out. it's better then planet fitness. There location are smaller so no one can follow you into the shower.

Love that this place is open 24/7. Sometimes the equipment is out of order for a while but in general, well maintained gym.

According to an employee Josh Johnson,PLANET FITNESS KNOWINGLY SELLS FAULTY AND DISFUNCTIONING LOCKS🔒 TO THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS! After only having a combination lock that I purchased from this Lansing location for only a week it was malfunctioning and would open without the combination being applied. When I brought it to this employee Josh Johnson and I quote, "it's a cheap lock and you get what you pay for and I can rectify the situation by selling you another disfunctioning lock!" I was appalled and dismayed! I then left and purchased another lock from Walgreens a half block away for the same price I purchased the faulty non-working lock from PLANET FITNESS and I'm a Black Card member. If you have ever had issues with a lock from PLANET FITNESS and want to start a class action lawsuit email me!

Good time to go is the mornings or late at night. Other than that mostly packed n ppl talking n hogging the machines. Not the best vibe. Dirty bathrooms. N massage machines are half the time broken. The upside it's 24/7 n the only one around for miles. So, again, mornings n late nights are best. Get in n out.
