My son loves going here he says they have a great gym and the atmosphere is nice.

Just want to say that the place is nice, but I went in to cancel my membership and all of a sudden their computers are down. I really and truly hope they are because they can't wait for you to become a member but don't want you to cancel. I'll be coming back tomorrow to see if their computers are down.

Please do not go to this location. They allow their employees to go into their system and access your information and won’t help in the case of stalking. My cousin is living in fear and no one is willing to help not even the facility where the person got her information from to begin with. He is. I longer working there however there is more the facility can do to assist with this case. Please reach out PF if you want to help. Everything else is irrelevant until this creature is in jail and my cousin and her children can sleep peacefully.

Was a 5 star rating until we met ceasar at lansing location me and my friends came in separate cars the women were allowed to go in non vaccinated but when we we got there right behind them turned around due to no proof of vaccination the women recorded his response on this and he played dumb I will be going above and beyond to make sure he is gone and no one else gets this treatment

Banned from Lansing...but asked back to be VIP at 111 the Doty Rd. Chi Town.The young lady at the front desk this early morning has been great out here on Torrence!! It's good for cardio but multiple personal trainers taking up all of the benches and weights. Even though there are signs no personal trainers allowed. Management doesn't seem to care.

Don’t waste your time. Management here is a joke. I was charged after I cancelled my membership and was told I would not be charged. No resolve from customer or management. Apparently they don’t have a billing department or corporate. Now I’mOut of money for a gym I will never return to. Do yourself a favor and go to an actual gym that isn’t just gonna take your money

The coaches and staff were incredible, knowledgeable and provided a positive environment to workout in. I will definitely be returning every time I am back in town. Thanks for the workouts!!
