I love eos fitness! Although I messed up once with the payment. Whoops!I really like the set up at the Pecos and Russel location. All the staff are really nice and getting the premium benefits are worth it!😁👍 …

I went in to cancel my gym membership since I moved. They make you go to a branch to cancel the gym membership. I went in there and had to pay an additional $25 because I was late on my last payment since I got a new card. When I went to pay the $35 to cancel, the transaction was approved but it wasn’t approved on their end for some reason. Now they want me to try to pay another $35 to cancel again which Id supposedly get a refund, I don’t know what kind of games these guys are playing, horrible experience and a waste of time.

AWFUL. Do not sign up an account with these people. God forbid you try and cancel. I canceled in December of 2022 and they continued to charge my card for all three of my family's accounts for seven months. You try and call and talk to anyone other than the absolute children who work at the location and you're sent to an out of the country call center. The location on Russel is a total cluster and packed like sardines.. If the parking lot nightmare didn't keep you away just wait until you get inside. This is not worth the cheap monthly fee. They get you with the small monthly fee then charge you an annual $70? Hard pass.

I love the great ammeneties and the convenience of being near restaurants, shopping, a bike path and a bus line. A resort casino and the Raiders football training facility is nearby as well as an executive airport.

This gym is always packed, the bathrooms are gross, and to make matters worse they make it so difficult to cancel your membership. I’ve been trying to cancel since February and haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone through the number they provided me. Stay away.

If I can give this club a 0 star I would !!!!They are so unprofessional and very inconvenient The general manager wouldn’t even come out to see what was wrong. I will go to any other club but this one i’m so happy I could cancel my membership at any time because this club would make me want to thank God for other clubs….

The concept of this gym is great. It has something for everyone even though it lacks in the weight training department(specially when compared to others like LVAC). It has a very nice movie theater, a sauna, engaging group classes and nice staff for the most part. However, that's about it. If your workout consists mostly of weight training STAY AWAY. I can't really tell about other locations but this one in particular has awful management. Not only are the gym and equipment quite dirty, but they are also not maintained. I've seen equipment broken for months. So much so that you can find several machines marked "repair in progress" in a single day since they start accumulating. If on top of that you consider the lack of equipment variety, of which you may very well find only one machine in the entire gym (like the standing calf raise) and the disproportionate amount of clients they keep signing up without expanding the location in any way shape or form you have a recipe for a very disappointing workout... IF you are even able to get any training done. Oh ... and forget about following a plan. You simply won't find the machines you need available... if you find them at all. Attached are a few photos taken on a single visit to the location to prove my point. Keep in mid that the gym looks pretty empty because the photos were taken on a Sunday early morning. They do not reflect the average traffic by any stretch of the imagination.

I've been going to the gym for several months and wanted to make sure I knew how to use the equipment effectively. Andre, my personal trainer, has been assisting me on my gym journey. Every week, he would present a new challenge for me, but I was surprised by how strong I became by the end! I'm grateful for everything I've learned thus far and can't wait to continue, as the gym has been an incredible place for me to grow!
