So far I love this gym. The only thing I'm not loving is getting phone calls from this gym that wake me up from my needed sleep. I work graveyard and have ptsd. So waking me up to sell me something isn't going to make me happy in the end. The reason for the 5 stars is strictly for the gym and atmosphere within. The salesman that set me up was nice, but to tell me that the army ranger unit I was attached to had no clue what they were doing as trainers was quite outrageous. 💯I came for a nice gym and a nice gym this definitely is.I just hope the solicitation calms down after paying for my membership. It's already feeling overwhelming in this department. So far with your sales team I'm feeling like a hot chick dealing with a man that doesn't know how to take no for an answer. 💯

I've been going here for the past year and a half and it's pretty good. It can get a little crowded past 6am however, but given the location it's understandable. My only issue with this gym is the lack of enforcing weight reracks. I often go around 5am and the weights are usually all over the place, especially in the squat area. Some enforcement here would be great.

I have been working with Andre for personal training for a few months now. He has been excellent the entire time! Super knowledgeable about what work out is best for my lifestyle and he has really made me feel comfortable going into the gym and takes the time to explain what each work is and why it's beneficial. I highly recommend Andre for any personal training sessions! Overall it was a great experience and totally changed my outlook on my personal relationship with the gym. Thank you Andre!

Been going to the gym for almost a year. Before I got the membership I was lost and nervous to start back up. I decided to try out personal training and got Andre as a trainer. He is patient and really finds work outs that fit around you. He also would give me personal tips to have for at home work outs and really went the extra mile asking about my meals, sleep and habits to really help me reach my goal. His personality is out of this world and it makes me want to work hard every time I’m there. He is the best around and would recommend him to anyone new to the gym or even trying to sharpen up their form !

Good gym but they have a tiny sauna and 3 swim laps. And the theater room has been down making the gym more crowded

My family and I just signed up yesterday. We went in today and disappointed! We were not allowed to go in. Apparently they failed to tell us the guests need IDs so on our way back home. We don't live close so we will try again tomorrow. Also people upfront very rude. We should have been told everything yesterday even about vip guests cards that we know nothing about . However they didn't forget try to sell us the training.

The facility is great, a lot equipment, but this place is always packed no matter the time you go. If you’re just trying to get a regular membership try to sing up online. Otherwise they gonna keep pushing you to sing up for the Personal training program.I had this bad experience a few weeks ago when I was trying to get jus a regular membership, they don’t give you a chance to talk. They talk to you in a rude way.Don’t sing any contracts until you’re completely sure about what you want to get from this gym. Otherwise you’re just going to be spending money and paying a lot fees for something you never wanted.

Staff was unhelpful, I originally went to sign up. Waited for a good 15min before I left. Front desk guys were more interested in talking to each-other.

Way to crowded. This location is serving all the East side of Vegas - from west of the 15 till sunrise mountain and north to Charleston (or above) and South to the 215...this location is the only one. (pull up a map and see how many are in the south and west.....they don't have this problem) Bball gym is broken or too crowded. The cardio movie room is broken, the place is dirty. There are no fitness classes that start before 9 am at anytime. I drive across town to workout at a different EOS.

One of the best gym I've been in. It even has a kids club.
