Rock MMA is the spot to learn MMA with a dope team. The camaraderie is unbeaten. Great group of dudes willing to help each other learn. Coach Carl is very knowledgeable and knows how to make you push limits. Very easy to get along with.

Went by last night for a free class by the end of the first class I made the choice this is the place to be. I’m terribly out of shape and the heaviest I’ve ever been. No judgements here and everyone was extremely helpful. Looking forward to the next class. Coach Carl was a very stand up guy and I’m glad I made the decision to go here and I will continue to do so. I highly recommend this to anybody wanting to start to get in shape and learn the great sport of mixed martial arts.

This place is much more than just a regular MMA gym, coaches treat you as if you are family and you can tell how they actually care about their students. I’ve trained at a few different gyms and never felt that type of “home” feeling anywhere else. Rock MMA is the place to be/train. Coach is very knowledgeable and teaches a great lesson.

I have been taking private boxing lessons for over 3 months now and I absolutely love it! Carl is an amazing coach and he really makes you feel comfortable and welcoming. Rock MMA is like a family!

Solid space! Not too large but they make the most of the room with an electronic lift system to raise and lower the heavy bags. Full size octagon, speed bag, uppercut bag.
