I've been training at Rock for 4 years, and the coaches have shown me what it is like to be a true martial artist. Everyday they are pushing their students to work harder and help each other. Rock MMA is the best gym not only in South Florida, but in the world. With black belt instructors, who also have pro fighting experience currently and in the past, they have been through it all. The gym ranges from kids training to conditioning to boxing all the way through to Jit-jitsu training. Every time you step into the gym you learn something new you can add to your game or even if you want to stay in shape. Anyone who wants to start their journey to become an elite fighter and be part of a great family, I would only recommend to join Rock MMA.

Great gym with Awesome teachers and staff!! My daughters are in the pee-wee class and have learned so much from the coaches. They are learning self defense and discipline and have made lots of friends as well. It's a great activity to keep them active and a life-skill that will help them for years to come.

My kids and I have been going to Rock MMA for the last 4 years. It's definitely the best MMA gym in South Florida. The coaching is excellent! The Saturday morning workouts a grueling but enhance conditioning. I can't say enough positive things about this gym. It's like a second home. I go there when my wife kicks me out of the house!

This is a great gym!!!!!Everyone was really friendly and the coaches were very knowledgeable and helpful.When I started I had little to no background in martial arts but they were very patient and encouraging.I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get in shape, learn martial arts and most importantly in my humble opinion have fun!

WOW what a amazing training facility. The knowledge and the programming of the coaches are top notch. This place makes you feel at ease with how friendly everybody is. This place also offers kids programs and self defense. A+ rated training facility with the best equipment and coaching around.

Great, family gym with positive environment 100% of the time. From day 1 they made me feel like part of the family and the training is great. I do boxing and the fitness/bootcamp classes and I've never been in better shape (: Love the coaches and if I could I'd give 6/5 stars! Highly suggest you sign up!!!!!
