Best gym around ! They have worked with me from the start and continue working with me. From beginner to pros they got the formula. Even if you want to learn self defense or get fit, they got it all. Stop by and give it a try, staff is great and couldn’t ask for better.

I have been training at this facility for years and feel as if the staff there are my family. The head coach, Carl Ranieri, is beyond passionate about helping others reach their goals. Anybody who wishes to crush their fitness goals should train here. Anybody who wants to learn how to defend themselves, or compete in combat sports...should train HERE.There is also a great kids program for children's self-defense classes, as well as a popular women's fitness/self-defense courses! This gym welcomes everybody from every walk of life, seeking any type of goal! We are a family at Rock MMA, and we help each other on and off the mat!Once I leave a class/session, I feel completely at peace! No anxieties, no stress, no fear. I don't have as many bad days because I start my day off right by training at Rock MMA!

Great gym for all ages, disciplines and experience levels. Coach Carl is a knowledgeable and patient coach. Awesome training partners to help with the learning process. I highly recommend Rock MMA for anyone who wants to get involved with any form of mixed martial arts.

Love this gym! Took their private self defense with 3 friends and we learned so much! I’m currently taking their bootcamp classes! Great workouts and amazing coaches!

I went to Rockmma to see my 5 year old grandson in his MMA class. I loved the gym, the coach and their coaching style. All kids were happy. As a parent and grandparent, I highly recommend RockMMA!

Too many places nod their head and grin at you while trying to pry open your wallet to get a membership out of you. What sold me on this spot was every person I spoke with was enthusiastic about their training and martial arts in general. The instructors are amazing in both small and large group settings and actually take the time with each student to break down to them what they need to work on and how to fix it. Outstanding place to train.

It’s never easy to embark on a new journey accompanied by new challenges, especially when it involves your own body and fitness. However, the atmosphere and instructors at Rock MMA make every day worthwhile, motivating you and pushing you to be your greater self. I’m going onto my 5th month of being part of the Rock MMA family and I’ve never felt stronger! These guys know what they’re doing, and they truly enjoy what they do. There’s something for everyone, programs and classes for all age groups. I’d suggest anyone to give them a try 😊
