I love this place, it is like a family. I've been at the big name gyms for years and can say Rock MMA is the place to be. I'm incredibly happy with the instruction, coaches and facility. No fancy juice bar, sauna or crazy fees here just good team/athletes/coaches/instructions.Coach Cesar has perfected my lead hook and helped so much with my jab. I could not be happier to have dropped anchor here 8 months ago.

I absolutely love it here. The atmosphere is amazing, the instructors are patient and they make sure you get the most efficiency out of each move. Coach Carl definately knows what he is doing and has tonnes of experience as a pro fighter. I know i am in good hands!

This gym is exactly what you’re looking for. Everything from Fitness to fighting; boot camp for women, MMA for all, and a kids program that is second to none. Coach Carl is an excellent instructor who I’d trust my 4-year old son to anytime. It simply doesn’t get any better!

Since my 4-year-old son started at Rock MMA with Coach Carl, my husband and I have seen an immense disciplinarian improvement. The coach and staff are outstanding and extremely knowledgeable in what they do. Our son is thriving and looks forward to every Monday and Wednesday class! Thank you, Coach!

Rock MMA is great place to learn martial arts! My son looks forward to going every week and Coach Carl is great with the kids. Coach has lots of patience and makes class enjoyable for his pee wees. A wonderful welcoming atmosphere, would recommend to anyone.
