Fantastic gym. I drive semis in the Midwest. Parked out front. Staff was fantastic. The manager introduced himself. The views from this gym are amazing. Stop by. Join.

**2022 Update**I am reducing this to 2 star. Started to write one this AM while at the gym and was going to give it 1, but clearer minds. I still go early and more often than not plates are scattered everywhere. This morning around one of the squat racks there was a barbell with one 45 plate on it and six other random 45's laying on the ground around it and in between the smith machines. This is an every day thing for those of us early in the morning. Equipment frequently has "do not use, will be fixed soon" signs on them for months. Recently an incline bench has gone missing. There is now one adjustable bench to be had in the entire gym.All that being said the front desk staff are great. I know their names and they now mine, so it is nice to be greeted upon entry and told to have a great day when I leave.This is my daily 5 AM spot. It is great. The layout is odd at first but works well once my routine settled in. The staff is always friendly. The only slightly suggestion I have is to get rid of one of the Smith machines and get another squat rack. If I'm shooting for the stars...maybe a set of bumper plates? 😀 Overall love this place and would highly recommend!

The club manager, Tanner, is so amazing! He is so knowledgeable and friendly, he definitely creates a positive lifting environment that makes me happy to come here! Thank you so much! Definitely worth getting a membership for this location!

I love the Genesis tennis program. Every pro is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and kind. It is a great tennis community with so many options of drills and events for players of all levels. Would recommend!

Best gym I’ve been to hands down. Huge fan of the sauna and the free weights. The shakes are a nice way to end a workout too!

I've been going to Genesis South for tennis for more than a year now! The adult programming is great because there are options to hit around, cardio classes to really get a workout in, and drills to refine your game with a pro. And the weekly variety means there's always something that can fit into my schedule. I especially enjoy all the fellow tennis players and friends I've met through the club and our team.

Genesis has been awesome to me. Their trainers are exceptional, Tayler Dietz is one of the best trainers I’ve ever had, overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

This location has a great atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, especially to new members of the gym. Very cleanly and a variety of equipment.

Our whole family loves the tennis program at Genesis South in Lawrence. The coaches are super qualified and make tennis fun through all of their creative drills and competitions. The kids have developed as players and have made many friends. My husband and I especially love the cardio triples (go Gallos!). It’s a great workout and SO much fun. Thanks, Genesis, for bringing tennis back into our lives!
