this location is hot garbage. doesn’t hold a candle to the location in independence . only has a dry suana that smells like cooking hind-parts.

This location was very nice with friendly staff. I am traveling for work and Nick was very professional and able to help out with getting me in the door. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling or coming through.

Lees summit west genesis is a great gym with a lot of equipment. Lots of cardio and a decent amount of free weights. I wish they had more squats racks but overall great gym.

I am always welcomed my many smiling faces each morning I come here. I love how the staff also gets to know you over time and are super helpful with any exercise or workout you do.

The kids club is incredible! My son loves it and my wife will only go this location because of that. Please don’t change anything but the carpet.

Not worth the price of the membership. Feels like a souped up planet fitness or a gym from North Korea. Not enough bars for every rack/bench and very dirty. Really disappointed in this location and I won't be coming back.

Showers don't well, the only soap is gojo(the cheapest soap ever, as all jails & prisons use it), tiny locker room, no amenities like handsoap, shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream or anything else most Genesis provide. Even still, it's better than planet fitness... But just barely...

I love that gym! It has everything you need and the atmosphere is awesome! The management and the staff are super friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend!!
