I'm very disappointed in the planet fitness lately. Standing in the tanning booth waiting for it to come on and never did so I called from inside the booth to the front desk. to hear them say well I guess it doesn't work we're going to have to put you in another booth I don't have time to un-dress re-dress un-dress...my time is important. So frustrating!!! Why don't you know if the machines work. this has happened to me on the lounge beds also more than once.

I think it takes long for them to fix machines and also there need to make the cleaner a bit stronger in the bottles. I wished they stayed open longer on Saturdays and Sundays, I think 7pm is was too early!!!

Not the same as it was a year ago. Tanning beds are very gross. Used to be cleaned between every use and everything was put back into order. Now I am finding hair in the beds and floors are disgusting, chairs and pillows in tanning bed rooms are out of place showing no one went in to clean between uses. The whole gym really isn’t the same. If they don’t clean the beds I would hate to think how little the machines, floors and other area are cleaned. Many machines are also broken where you adjust the weight or size settings. Just disappointing because I used to love this gym.

The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, the machines in great condition and clean, love love love the hydromassage table! Definitely recommend.

Come on, turn up the heat in the guys locker room. It is freezing when stepping out of the shower.As much services that have been removed over the past two years you can afford to turn up the thermostat.

Just joined Planet Fitness and overall decent amount of equipment. Frankly, too many treadmills and the weight area is too small. I was also very disappointed in the lack of cleaning that seems to be happening. I would expect the bathrooms, toilets and floors to be mopped and scrubbe daily. I would also expect the the floor in the equipment area to also be mopped and cleaned. I never see anyone cleaning and feel dirty when I leave. Is it so hard to have a cleaning crew come in at closing to clean? Glad I am not forced to stay for a year because I am currently looking for somewhere else to go.

Great place to work out. Great layout // easy do it yourself set up. No Judgement.

Hours are awful these days.. The gym itself is great for cardio, very meh for strenght training although no barbell at all except some crazy light permanently loaded stuff and dumbells stopping at 75s. I'm grading them down so low because of their hours. What used to be the reason to belong here has become a joke. Closing super early on weekends and today closed at mid-day for NYE? I get closing at 6 or something so that your staff can celebrate too but this has become a joke.
