Starting from walking into the PF, the front desk staff always welcomes you in and ask how it's going, and always make sure you feel welcomed right away. The locker room is always really clean, the workout area is always checked on and sanitation stations are always kept up with. 10/10 my favorite PF

All of the emoyees are very nice, and the facility is pretty clean. There are a few machines that have been broken for a long time, and I really wish they would enforce planet fitness values. It is off-putting that they advocate no "gym-timidation" and a dress code, but every single day I have been there, there have been a lot of women not wearing shirts and other very skimpy clothing. I have mentioned it in surveys and to corporate, but nothing has been done.

Great, clean gym with awesome and respectful staff and patrons. Clean! Frederick at the front desk was cool and even gave me some recommendations on good bbq places around KC. But to be honest he said you really can't go wrong no matter where you go up here.

This place charges a cancellation fee even if you signed up on a no contract promotion. You have to stay a year! I know of much better gyms this place is soo small and only expect people to treadmill, far too busy for the size. You can do much better… the tanning beds have old bulbs and while cheap the beds are not cleaned well.not worth the $20..

The facility is very spacious and always clean in my experience. Plenty of equipment to go around and open whenever you need to go for a very reasonable price. I also appreciate that they help the environment by ditching paper towels in the bathroom (who wants overflowing baskets and missed paper towels on the floor anyway?) and our local community by promoting coat / winter gear donation drives. Seems like an excellent organization

Love the black card spa services. It’s always clean and never too busy, at least when we go. For only $25 a month I don’t feel bad mainly using for tanning! It’s nice to be able to get workouts in when on the road too!

So far so good. I joined 3 days before they had to shut down for the virus. Now that they are back open I'm taking advantage of the tanning bed, massage chairs and bed and I now have a personal trainer to get me back in shape.

Do not miss the aqua massage. The best. The equipment are great especially with clean after use culture. I like it so much and deserve every dollar you spend if you gonna go at least 4 tims/week.

I'm giving this facility 2 stars because it is way too crowded! Should really look into expanding! The last 4x of coming half the paper towel dispensers didnt work. And the tanning beds have been gross and looked unclean! The one I walked into had what looked like a pube hair still on it along with dirt and filth! Trust me I'll be looking for a much cleaner and less crowded gym!

At the Lees Summit location the staff is very friendly. The equipment, locker rooms, bathroom and showers are clean. The trainer is friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like I can actually meet my fitness goals with this gym/trainer's partnership.
