BIGGEST lobby in a PF that literally has no one in it, while people lifting are trying not to lift on top of each other its so crowded. Can't get on a machine because its so crowd either. Employees are nice and its a clean gym, but PF please make more space for the lifting area and maybe extend your hours like you had before.

Always clean, lots of equipment, and friendly staff. I'm a black card member so I have access to all the extras such as tanning, toning, and massage. The only thing I don't like is not having free weights other than dumbbells and a few preset bars.

Planet fitness is the kind of business that you come to really appreciate! If I had more time in my day, that’s a favorite place to spend it!! It’s making a huge difference for me, because I’m finding myself making more time to work out, because it’s a great experience EVERY TIME!! So Thankyou to the owners for your fabulous creation❤️

Seems like a great gym. Laid out well with a lot of equipment. Nice locker rooms. They have big fans that run constantly......fans designed for warehouses with high ceilings....I could do without that. And the stupid Jackson Count mask mandate.

Equipment has been broken for over three months. People just sit at machines playing on their phone. Staff basically ignores customers. You get what you pay for at this location in Lee Summit.I must say after this review equipment repaired the next day. Can't do much about the phone situation and I know just having employees is hard right now. A welcome improvement though.

Requires your checking account information for membership. With all the fraud going on who’s comfortable providing that information anymore? I'm more comfortable using my credit card with fraud protection and i'm good at updating my billing information .

Always clean and organized with very helpful staff. Emilee and Lydia are always very attentive and informative while I'm getting into the groove there.The hydromassage beds are a great way to end a workout as well.I think I'm going to enjoy my membership!

Went in at 5:04am & bathrooms were dirty & toilet paper hanging off toilet seat & on floor. One stall was out of order. 4 machines still out of order. Spray bottles for cleaners were low. This gym used to be nice but not lately.
