Swim lessons for toddlers are a waste. They don’t teach anything, only jumping .

Thursday night Cycle will kick your butt! Great facility and wonderful staff. I use Childwatch every week and my kids love it. My girls absolutely love Josie. She treats them with so much love and care.

As a member for almost as long as it has been open, I’ve believed in the Coppell Family YMCA’s slogan, “Mind Body Spirit,” for many years. It is a great place to gather, exercise, learn and socialize. I highly recommend!

My two stars is because I can only consider the kindness of the swimming instructors. Everything else is a real disaster. Coordination is very poor. For swimming lessons I prefer to pay a little more to an independent instructor who really dedicates the necessary time to my son. This staff grabbed many apprentices at the same time and only give them 30 minutes, rarely started at the stipulated time, always late, and if they start later, they still finish at the stipulated time to finish (less than 30 minutes).. I do not recommend it if you really want your child to learn to swim correctly and you do not want to waste your time and money.

We love the Y! The staff is all super kind and will always help us with anything we need. They even got to know our two kids when we’d bring them with us to workout, and would give them fist bumps when they ran up to them. Willie, the director, is super friendly, kind, and helpful!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went for a birthday party in the aquatic center this afternoon and it was the worst experience. There was light rain just as the party was supposed to start with slight thunder so they wouldn't let the kids swim. 30 minutes go by and they say there was lightening (there wasn't) and said we had to wait another 30 minutes. That time passes and suddenly they say we have to restart the timer and the kids still can't swim. The host asked for a refund for the party and the teens running the show basically told her since the party had "started" there was nothing they could do. It was almost like it was a game to her. We adked about moving to the indoor pool since no one was there, we were told it was closed, asked about just a party room, told no. They literally made zero atempts to work with the host. We all left without EVER getting into the pool that was rented. Worst experience I've ever had with a YMCA.
