This is one of the best gyms I've been too. Super clean and spaced out. Gets busy during peak hours but for the most part it's never too overcrowded. I recently viewed Fitness Connection in Lewisville, had the WORST customer service experience. Made me very grateful for the great customer service here.

This facility is always clean and I love seeing the staff (like Clint) taking care of the equipment and ensuring everything is sanitized and clean for the guests. Great job Planet Fitness!

Love how affordable this gym is it fits in my budget perfect. There is piece of mind knowing I don’t have to get into a contract just to go to the gym. Very clean and employees are so friendly !!

Nice gym with space and nice staff. The weights and people coming to this location are taking steps to clean and whip the machines down. Over all a nice experience. A couple complaints about the app and wifi that are apart of the amenities that dont work. I referred someone and the person got the membership and i ask the staff to get the 500 pts and they couldn't, wifi is apart of the membership and it doesnt work for 2 weeks now.I feel this is a training issue to get this handled. When i purchase items in the gym store the points apply, so i feel this referral has to be applied by the staff..If you advertise something you will receive and the apps are relevant as well then it should work if not credit for those amidities.

I have travelled across the country and visited dozens of planet fitness locations. This one is the cleanest with best equipment by a long shot. Also, never too crowded!The newer, slanted Smith machines they have at this location make a huge difference, especially for squats.Also the stretching and ab equipment is the best I have seen at probably any gym.

Not too crowded. BEWARE. As of Friday 8/14/20 they now allow no mask wearing while working out. Go at your own risk.

I absolutely love going here. I just wish that there was one closer to me. Driving 25-30 to any one location one way isn't ideal.
