The man at the counter that doesn’t work there, but is always on his laptop was SUPER nice and helpful.

Club is clean, people are friendly, and the members all are concentrating on their own fitness goals so no one looked at me. I'm considering upgrading my membership! Would recommend!Update: I upgraded! One word: Hydromassage. #worthit

A helpful staff and clean facility. Plenty of equipment to use.

Had a membership with these guys for 2 months until it was time to cancel for a few reasons:(1) most disturbing was during a post-workout shower, an employee (white, looked to be 40+ of age, very large, about 6ft, short hair) for reasons of cleaning, walked in during wash a few times. No apologies whatsoever. This same employee would at times come near my workout session & block my view, or simply ride a cycle while constantly looking over my direction - very creepy(2) another very annoying staff. Other than the large guy mentioned above, there's another staff (or looked to be a bf of another staff, also white, looked to be in his 20s, 5'10", also short hair) who kept peeking over my way, at times have a phone camera facing my direction, would be smirking to himself or with other staff - very uncomfortable(3) if you're lifting more than 45lbs plate on each side, be prepared to have a staff bump into you and constantly check in on you if you're doing ok - on a nearly 20-minute basis. Maybe it is true that Planet Fitness is all about recruiting "workout newbies" and anyone above that level is considered a RED ALERT(4) there are big signs along the walls stating no critics. These critics actually come more from staff than members as they, at times, judge you and don't even give attention to complaints and concernsDespite the flaws, the gym is very well organized and clean. I would probably return in the future if maybe the entire staff is replaced.

I loved this gym at first. But giving away free memberships to high schoolers is just silly. It’s crowded with high schoolers. Ridiculous!

This place is great, good machines, always clean and the staff is friendly. The only problem I have is the ignorant people that go there. There are people that actually take up 2 machines at one time. They work out on one then leave their stuff on it and go work out on another one. Sometimes they leave and go in another room and, try to, prevent someone else from using that machine while they're gone. Yesterday this grown man actually draped his dirty towel (not a workout towel but a full size bath towel) over this machine to save it while he was gone. What?!!! This is so rude and selfish. And it's more than 1 person that will do this! I haven't complained to management yet but I will.
