Better than expected. The good: Its clean, breezy, good equipment, lots of flat screens with different channels playing sports to news to nature trail vids. Nice. Equipment is clean and not worn out. It feels modern with a good vibe and memberships are reasonable. They have an easy covid policy as well. What it doesnt have is also important. It doesnt have annoying, commission-driven sales associates, doesnt have contract signing kiosks, and it's not humid or smelly from untended showers or hot tubs. Looking at you LA Fitness. The bad: Nothing bad to report but I just started going there. Overall: I much prefer this Planet Fitness over the local LA Fitness. If you need a trainer, ask for Jared. Hes a pro.

Staff is the friendliest i’ve experienced at any gym. Isaiah, Beverly, Daylen, Dylan, and Shawn are the backbone of this gym and beyond helpful to anyone in need. This gym is always clean and a safe environment for an array of lifters, new to experienced.

The cost of membership is very reasonable. A big variety of exercise equipment. The facility is clean and they stress it is a No Judgement Zone. There are many TV's with a variety of channels.

If I could rate a negative number I would! I have been going to this gym for a long time and this new manager “Beverly” decided to cancel my membership tonight. How rude… because I complained about a staff member interrupting my workout because I was singing and enjoying my workout. I did not see any signs posted that said I could not sing. This is the most unprofessional staff I have ever seen at this facility. I hope they find some better people. I am in the customer service industry and also much older than this little girl that works up there and she has no idea what customer service is. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB and I intend on following up with discrimination filed against this company. I did absolutely nothing wrong for her to completely cancel my membership. Totally uncalled for! Immature and unprofessional to say the least! I don’t like to make complaints against anyone but this one was totally justified. Don’t go here! Not unless they get rid of her! Ugh!

Was shopping around for a place to work out and Clinton greeted me right when I walked in he was very nice, professional and helpful. Because of Clinton I was sold at planet fitness. Signing up was very easy and Clinton explained all the benefits I would get with the black card. Very clean gym and well maintained! Thanks Clinton for your great service!
