Great staff, good equipment, lots of squat racks. Small, so facilities are limited. Kayla is one of the best trainers I've met anywhere. Go sign up with Alex!

This place is falling apart. I was informed of the sewage/plumbing problem, the light fixtures are in need of repair (some are falling down or just aren't safely covered), most members don't bother following rules regarding proper etiquette (put your weights away, wipe down machines after use, no chalk).

I have no complaint about the facility. However, the black guy who's name is Otis... is he really a trainer? If you read this, FFS man. Rather than sitting down on the seated calf raise or just standing there looking at your phone, at least teach your clients the proper form of the exercises you tell them to do.You will have these bigger guys trying to intimidate you but just focus on yourself. These guys are a joke compared to bodybuilders in Venice.

Bathrooms always smell like urine and it's usually pretty full. Not a bad gym, just a little dirty... Its also a cell service black hole and the Wi-Fi isn't that great so Pandora cuts out in certain spots down stairs which is pretty annoying..

This is my second week going to this Gym. I signed up because I am trying to change my life style. Key word TRYING! It's not easy, but we all have to start somewhere and also because this gym is within walking distance from my house. When you sign up, they give you a free session with a trainer, so my niece and I signed up for our free session, tandem. After our little session with the trainer, Gerald, he went through all the pricing and i told him I was unable to purchase any of the packets. He took that as I do not care enough about myself to spend $600 to $900 dollars for 12 sessions or so. He kept going on and on and on to my niece and I on how we would be dropping out of the gym in a few months because we can't do anything in the gym without the help of an expert. He also decided it was a good idea to throw in that my niece and I are on the verge of becoming diabetics. All of this and sum was said to us so we can try and purchase a plan with them. Thank you Gerald Captain obvious for your medical diagnosis on letting my niece and I know that we are becoming diabetics. Like i said, we all have to start somewhere. At least we are not sitting our fat asses down on a couch doing nothing! So fkn Rude! I will continue to go to the gym because it's still the closest to my home and because I don't give up that easily. But some people need to take a crash course in customer service!

Half the time the treadmills don't work, staff is barely friendly and there are no bells and whistles. If you want a gym that's close to downtown there's planet fitness right next to it and is cheaper.

horrible. Stupid business just charged me $40 dollars 3 months after I cancelled. And I'm pretty damn sure I wont get that money back when I go claim it tomorrow.

It's a quality gym. The only bad part of this gym are a few of the other customers. Too many meatheads throwing equipment. This of course leads to broken equipment but it seems like the staff is quick to repair. Rarely does anything go more than a few days out of order.
