Kept charging me after my membership ended, told me it would stop, never stopped, and sent debt to collections when I blocked the payments

Horribly sneaky policy on month to month membership. It takes 30 days to cancel and you pay that extra month - that is, if you can get the guys with the thick accents from another country to understand you. Your name isn't Jeff!

The new “temporary” location on 4th Street is a massive improvement over the original location. They’ve got new equipment, the ceilings are high and exposed which makes it feel big, and staff is still just as great as ever.Giving it 4 stars mainly because there’s some equipment they never brought over and the bathroom is kind of awful. But other than that, so much better than what they used to have.

LAME! Website advertising a free day pass to try the gym and the Long Beach location refused to honor it. Couldn’t even give a good reason just “sorry”.

This gym is going through some tough times and changes but it lacks the needed facilities and square footage at its new temporary location it did not make best effort to maintain what old location had in facilities I will reserve full judgment until new permanent location is built
