This Company is not fully American ran. The call center is India/:Pakistan ran. And they make it hard as hell to end a membershiip even if you only went three times.

Lots of space and nice equipment, and 24hrs means you can go anytime which is awesome if you have a late schedule

Love this place. Friendly staff, clean facilities and plenty of extras. I have a lot of anxiety issues and the staff is wonderful. I feel comfortable here.

Dont trust their billing dept-easy to charge u after they have ur card#- but try to cancel & nobody knows how...called same#that i called to get started-i never even entered the building& the free1st month was up in2weeksVery unprofessional &money hungry-after 2 months of me attempting to close account& still never entering ur place-u still been taking $ out of my account-u r not a reputable operation-ur billing thieves gave me a real workout &I'll be doin my best to get the word out about ur pirating policies- u had ur chance

Great facilities, always clean & staff is very friendly. My only negative is the nighttime shift needs to be taught how to use the machines especially the spray tanning, red light therapy etc…. I always go at night & ever since John left it’s been 1 person after another & 1 girl is always sitting on the couch with ear pods in & doesn’t even hear you trying to get help until you actually get in her line of site because of course she can not hear you, and this is the same person who did not know how to work the spray tan machine when it ran out of tanning solution, saying it was not her job, that the shift before her was supposed to do it. Well , if I had not pushd her she wouldn’t of even tried to put the solution in. I honestly don’t know if this is her fault? If she was not taught & she had finished her cleaning or whatever else she needed to do then sitting and listening to something on her earphones is cool with me, but really I would think anyone who is left there alone to deal with clients should know how to operate everything since no one else is there to help. Other than this, I think it’s a great place. Can’t beat the price!

It's a 24 hour gym, but they don't use key cards to unlock the front door. It's staffed 24/7,so to me, that's a plus. No trying to workout at 10 pm and for whatever reason your card or key fob not working and keeping you locked out.As far as the gym, it's big and open. Way more Cardio equipment than you will ever need at the busiest of times. Plenty of dumbells and free weights, but also, plenty of plate loaded machines or machines you add weights to. They also offer classes for a higher membership fee, which would also cover nationwide gym membership and a guest as well, and tanning. It would be hard to find a gym with more options. The only thing they don't allow is chalk, so powerlifters probably won't be there. Besides that, no silly rules like "no grunting" or anything else along those lines.

We love Crunch! Clean facility, friendly staff and a comfortable atmosphere! Nick at the front desk has helped us tremendously from day one and always acknowledges us and tries to help when he can!

If i could leave negative 5 stars I would. We started the membership and then never went back. They were supposed to take my card off the three accounts i had there and they said they did. Of course a month later they hit my card for money after they lied and told me it was not on the accounts. So watch out longview community. It may look nice in there but you can put lipstick on a pig but its still gonna be a pig. Its very apparent all they care about is the money they make and not the customers.

Zach answered my phone and described what Crunch offers. Told him I’d be there. Jordan took over for Zach, one of the most informative Gym rep I have ever met. Straight to the point and detail about the membership as well as the gym. Definitely recommend this place. Way better than your stereo typical gyms out there. CRUNCH is the new you.
