Refused to cancel my membership when I’m not in a contract and threatened to send me to collectors when I’m a minor. I had a friend who canceled and they never refunded her money.

Called to figure out child care hours no one answered the phone, so I packed my baby up only to find out that child care doesn’t start till 4. Just wish they’d gone over that when I signed up and had my child with me

Classes always full, can't get in without signing up for them. I work, so at the last minute I may be able to get to a class. I'm disappointed with fitness in Longview Texas!

WORST GYM EVER! WE WERE NOT TOLD ABOUT AN EXTRA MONTHLY PAYMENT WHEN WE CANCEL FROM LINDSEY WHEN SHE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. WE CANCELED TODAY DUE TO A BUSY LIFE AND THE MANAGER TOLD US INDIRECTLY THAT WE ARE BOTH LIARS. THE MANAGER IS VERY RUDE AND WE ARE TOTALLY DONE. HE INTERRUPTED MY WIFE SEVERAL TIMES AND WOULDNT LET HER SPEAK WHEN SHE TOLD HIM THAT LINDSEY NEVER TOLD US ABOUT THE EXTRA CHARGE. THEN HUNG UP ON ME AFTER HE THOUGHT HE WOULD SPEAK OVER ME. YOU DISRESPECT MY WIFE WHEN SHE CALLED THEN HANG UP ON ME. NOPE, BAD REVIEWS FROM ME! I WILL RECOMMEND TO ALL MY FRIENDS NOT TO USE THEM!

I love this gym everything about it the only problem is I wish it had another stomach crutch machine and the biggest problem is people sitting at the machine on there cell phones I was wanting a machine and after about 10 min of this guy sitting on the machine on his cell not using the machine I ask if I could use it I got a go to hell look and he continued to set there and talk on his phone

so far I’ve had a good experience. A few things I haven’t like is there’s no mirrors close to the cables, so you can’t watch your form easily AND they are the only tanning place in Longview that REQUIRES you to have eye protection and show proof of having it.
