Equinox Century City, located in the heart of Los Angeles, is a high-end gym that promises an unrivaled workout experience. Whether you prefer individual workouts or group classes, this gym is well-equipped to cater to all your fitness needs.
Despite its appealing features, some users feel that the club falls short in several aspects, such as an unbalanced distribution of equipment and early closing hours. Nevertheless, Equinox Century City prides itself on offering a clean, organized, and immaculate environment for fitness enthusiasts.
Pros:
- Positives include spacious locker rooms and a balanced variety of fitness classes.
- Staff is often mentioned as being professional and welcoming, providing an exceptional fitness experience.
- The environs are clean and well-maintained.
- Members enjoy the convenience of its location within Westfield Century City.
- Despite being less spacious compared to other Equinox clubs, the Executive plan offered is appreciated for perks such as laundry service.
Cons:
- There is criticism in relation to the distribution of equipment, with several reviews indicating an unbalanced emphasis on cardio training over weight training.
- While praised for its cleanliness, the gym is said to be relatively smaller compared to other Equinox locations.
- Closing hours, particularly on weekends, have been critiqued for being too early.

I’ve been an Equinox member for about 6 years.I was at the Westfield mall and thought I would stop in to use the bathroom really fast while shopping. The girl at the front told me I had to upgrade my membership just to use this restroom. What an idiotic way to treat members.I get into all other Equinox just fine, I wouldn’t upgrade to this gym simply because of the idiot at the front. How about, let the already existing member in to use the restroom, and try to show them why they should upgrade.Long story sort, I walked in anyway, gym sucks, don’t go to this one.

Best gym! So clean and no drama like at the sunset location. It’s just a good space to work out in peace without too many show off types. The classes are all included in your membership (except the Pilates and personal training, which is on the $$$$ side so it’s hard to want to pay those prices) but it’s state of the art equipment and very spa like in the bathroom/locker area. Also much less crowded!

This club is beautiful. Staff were helpful. This club DOES NOT HAVE A POOL OR JACUZZI as the photos indicate. They have no way of removing pictures posted by members of the previous Century City gym. This is a huge sticking point for me, as I'm a triathlete looking for some water. Was not worth my time sticking around to see what the rest of the club had to offer. Gorgeous facility, though.

The only reason I joined this club was to stay away from the negative Nancy’s who write negative reviews about this “exclusive club.” 😂Yes, it costs more because it’s exclusive. …

I am a current member of Equinox in Miracle Mile and I want to try this coz it's close to work. I am a little disappointed that you have to pay $35 to try the club for a day. After reading all the negative comments I already know I won't like this gym. :(

What an amazing human being Audrey is, so kind and was very informal on why my guest should join the gym. I really needed my guest to join this gym for business purposes and she got it done I’m so happy. What an awesome sales professional she is at century city equinox!!

I am a regular member. Paid $35 extra to get into this facility. Steam rooms & showers close 30 minutes before gym “closes” as well as the juice store at the entrance. The NYC flatiron is great but this is an absolute joke!!

Not worth the expensive cost compared to other Equinox gyms that are less expensive and offer same amenities ( and in certain cases other locations have more)
