I’ve been coming here for a few months now, and I feel great after every class. Caleb’s skills as a group fitness instructor are awesome: he’s attentive, energetic, and can push everyone in the room. I was looking for a solid upper body routine to add to my weekly workouts, and his upper body focus/spin split class Monday’s and Wednesday’s is excellent. I will continue going to Indigo into 2020! Thanks Caleb for the wonderful experience and the results I’m starting to see!

I love Spindigo. The class is very inclusive for both beginners and advanced levels, and the instructors are always positive and helpful. It's a tough workout, but always feels fun and worth it.

The Spindigo workout is intense but always fun! There are NO bad instructors. So if your schedule won't allow you to take a class with your favorite, it's ok. You'll end up having an extra favorite! Who doesn't want to have too many favorite instructors?

I really like working out at Indigo Fitness. I like that fact that the classes are 30 min on the bikes and 30 min weight training. So I feel like I get a total body work out. I also leave that place feeling good and like I worked really hard. I've mostly had Caleb as my instructor, and he really pushes you to not give up and work for it. Thanks Caleb for getting me moving on the bike and pushing my limit with the weights.

LOVE this place!! The instructors will challenge you, make you sweat, and help you modify if you have an injury or are new to spin. I had my first spin experience here and have tried a couple other local spin places, but no other class leaves me more satisfied. All the instructors I’ve had here have been amazing, but Melvin holds a special place in my heart 🤙😘 can’t say enough good things!

Friendly staff and instructors, super clean and up to date space and equipment -- and of course, tough workouts that always leave me feeling better and more ready for the day than when I came in. If you're into high intensity interval training or spinning at other branded gyms, Definitely check out and mix Indigo into your routine!
